The Dressrosa arc is the longest One Piece arc to date and it sees Monkey D. Luffy and Trafalgar Law go up against one of the Royal Shichibukai and a former Celestial Dragon, Donquixote Doflamingo, who also captains the Donquixote Pirates.

As the battle rages on, several other organizations, such as the Navy and the Revolutionary Army also make their presence known. The arc also sees the Straw Hat Grand Fleet being formed and Luffy gaining an immensely powerful fleet. Here are the 10 strongest characters in One Piece's Dressrosa arc.

10 Cavendish

The captain of the Beautiful Pirates, Cavendish is a super rookie of the new generation with a bounty of 330 million berries on his head. He's quite a powerful pirate whose swordplay skills are known to be immense.

When Hakuba awakens, Cavendish becomes even more powerful than he usually is. His skills with Armament and Observation Haki remain to be seen, however, he is a user of both the Haki types.

9 Nico Robin

Robin is the archaeologist of the Straw Hat crew and also one of their strongest fighters. She is the user of the Hana Hana no Mi, which allows her to produce any part of her body from anywhere within a certain area.

Robin's fighting capabilities haven't been fully demonstrated since the time-skip, however, she was able to subdue Hakuba with ease during the Dressrosa arc, showing that she is very powerful indeed.

8 Kyros

The famous gladiator of the Corrida Colosseum, Kyros was also among the strongest fighters in the Dressrosa arc. He took on Diamante, one of the main executives of Doflamingo, and managed to defeat him in combat.

Kyros' strength and speed were amazing throughout his fight, however, his unwavering determination is what truly earns him a spot among the strongest.

7 Pica

Pica towers over Dressrosa in One Piece.

One of the Executives of the Donquixote Pirates, Pica created all sorts of problems for the Straw Hat Pirates and the alliance during the Dressrosa arc.

With the powers of the Ishi Ishi no Mi, he could assimilate into stone and control the entire terrain according to his will. Pica was also a strong Haki user, however, he ended up falling to Roronoa Zoro, who dealt with him without much trouble.

6 Roronoa Zoro

The combatant of the Straw Hats, Roronoa Zoro played quite a big role in the Dressrosa arc and took on Pica of the Donquixote Pirates. His skill with the sword was seen to be vastly superior to that of Pica.

Using his Busoshoku Haki, Zoro was able to defeat Pica in just one attack, which goes to show how much stronger he's become since the two-year time-skip.

5 Trafalgar Law

Trafalgar Law after the Dressrosa arc in One Piece.

Trafalgar Law was the mastermind behind the entire clash with the Donquixote Pirates as he held a grudge against Doflamingo. With the aim to take him down or die trying, Law fought quite a lot of battles in the arc, starting from Green Bit, where he clashed against both Doflamingo and Fujitora at once.

He fought Doflamingo again later on and also dealt a massive blow to him. Law was influential in Doflamingo's defeat, however, it was Straw Hat Luffy who, at the end of the day, did the job for him.

4 Donquixote Doflamingo

Doflamingo was part of the Shichibukai during the Dressrosa arc and also its main antagonist. He was quite powerful, thanks to the String String Fruit and decent control over all the Haki types.

Doflamingo fought both Law and Luffy in the arc, and although he was superior to Law in terms of fighting prowess, he proved to be much weaker than Luffy once the latter transformed into his Gear 4 form. Nonetheless, Doflamingo was definitely among the strongest in the arc.

3 Monkey D. Luffy

The captain of the Straw Hat Pirates, Luffy fought quite a lot of people in the Dressrosa arc ever since he stepped foot in the Corrida Colosseum.

His main battle was against Doflamingo and although he struggled against him initially, he was head and shoulders above his level once he activated Gear Fourth. Luffy's Devil Fruit power, along with his Haki, was too much for Doflamingo to handle.

2 Sabo

Sabo from One Piece

The Chief of Staff of the Revolutionary Army and Dragon's Number 2, Sabo also took part in the arc, mainly to find information about the illegal weapons export in Dressrosa. Sabo was already quite powerful when the arc began, however, he went on to eat the Mera Mera no Mi later on, which made him even stronger.

Thanks to all the powers he had up his sleeve, Sabo was able to clash with Admiral Fujitora on equal footing and also test out how his Devil Fruit worked while he was at it.

1 Issho

Fujitora One Piece

Issho, also known by his alias of Admiral Fujitora, was sent to Dressrosa by Sakazuki to deal with the Law and Luffy alliance and take action accordingly.

Being an Admiral, it goes without saying that Issho was the strongest person on the island. Although he didn't fight much, he gave fans a glimpse of what he could do at Green Bit, and then later on in his fight against Sabo of the Revolutionaries.
