Soru Soru No Mi's power belongs to one of the Four Emperors of the Sea, Charlotte Linlin, also known as Big Mom. Before her, Mother Carmel was the user of this ability. The Devil Fruit is rather unique and equally overpowered as it allows the user to control souls at will.
Those who fear this ability or show any attachment to life can be instantly killed with this power. What's more, the soul extracted can then be given to other objects, mostly non-living. It can also be given to things like clouds, or fire.
3 Mythical Zoan Dragon
This Devil Fruit was eaten by one of the Four Emperors of the Sea, Kaido. Unfortunately, the exact name of this Devil Fruit isn't known to us yet, but we do know that it allows Kaido to transform himself into a dragon at will.

Also known as the Quake Quake Fruit, this Devil Fruit grants its user the power to summon quakes at will and even cause tsunamis. It is an extraordinary power that is known to be strong enough to destroy the entire world of One Piece.

1 Yami Yami no Mi
Probably the most unique Devil Fruit in the series, the Yami Yami no Mi belongs to the Logia class and it allows the user to control darkness at will. Like the Gura Gura no Mi, this power is also wielded by Marshall D. Teach, although how he achieved this feat isn't known.
According to Teach, this Devil Fruit lets him manipulate darkness and using its gravity to suck in everything, including his own intangibility. He also takes much more damage than he's supposed to, however, in return, he gains the power to nullify the Devil Fruit powers of other people.
