The following contains spoilers for One Piece Chapter 1060, "Luffy's Dream," by Eiichiro Oda, Stephen Paul and Vanessa Satone, available in English from Viz Media.

One Piece's Chapter 1059 gives the readers a good idea as to what's happening with the other big-name characters after Kaido and Big Mom were dethroned from their Four Emperor seats. The chapter first shows the Red Hair Pirates dropping off Marco at Whitebeard's hometown, then it shifts to Amazon Lily. A flashback shows a Navy fleet attacking the island in their bid to arrest the former Warlord.

Just as the female warriors' forces are starting to weaken, Blackbeard appears and saves them from the Navy. However, his rescue comes at a price. He attempts to siphon Hancock's power, only failing to do so when Silvers Rayleigh and company make their entrance. The chapter ends with the Revolutionary Army getting news of Sabo supposedly murdering King Cobra and Sabo giving his companions a call.

Luffy believing in Sabo in One Piece

Chapter 1060 opens with Luffy screaming his disbelief over his brother's supposed murder case. He is convinced that Sabo won't harm Vivi's father -- a claim that Nico Robin easily supports. Robin further reiterates that the Revolutionary Army's enemy is the World Nobles and not the kings. Because of that, Luffy hastily decides to change their destination, though Zoro fortunately manages to keep his captain in check. Luffy is not the only distressed Straw Hat. His crew mates are either worrying about their friend Vivi or mulling over the supposed assassination of King Cobra.

The whole debacle only settles down after Zoro points out that Vivi is a strong woman who can figure out her own problem. Though Zoro manages to calm down his friends, it comes with a nasty cost -- his crew members calling him various names. Robin then gives a rundown of what has happened while they were battling at Wano -- namely, the abolishment of the Warlord system, the creation of Cross Guild and Buggy being crowned as one of the Four Emperors.

Luffy convinced of Sabo's innocence in One Piece

After everything is said and done, Luffy nonchalantly decides that Sabo is innocent. He reasons that since Sabo was raised in a controlling household, all he wants is for everyone to be free. Luffy also reminisces on an oath that he supposedly made to both Sabo and Ace. Even though the chapter does not reveal what the Rubber Man's dream is, the Straw Hats' reactions show that Luffy's dream is both ridiculous and amazing. Shocked by his team's reactions, Luffy realizes that he has not shared his dream with any of them. But whatever his dream may be, the entire crew agrees that it is only possible once Luffy becomes the King of the Pirates, prompting Robin to comment about the missing piece -- the incredibly hard-to-find last Poneglyph.

In the Navy's Headquarters in New World, the Navy officers are scrambling to trace Sabo's message to Kamabakka Queendom. They soon trace the message and pinpoint Sabo's current location: the Kingdom of Lulusia. This is apparently one of eight countries that have recently revolted, making it an ideal hiding place for the Flame Emperor.

Sabo reporting to Dragon in One Piece

The people in Kamabakka Queendom are also in a frenzy over Sabo's call. They shower him with delight as soon as they hear his voice. However, Sabo skips the pleasantries and gets straight to the point. He tells Dragon that he didn't kill King Cobra, earning his colleagues' relief and praise. However, Sabo further reports witnessing something terrible at Marijoa. While Sabo is relaying his message, the chapter cuts to show a massive object hovering above the entire Kingdom of Lulusia.

One of the Navy officers gives the command to cut off communication between Sabo and the Kamabakka Queendom as Sabo reports something about the supposed empty throne in Pangea Castle. Sabo fails to relay his full report as multiple pillars of light rain down on the Kingdom of Lulusia, completely eradicating it. The same Navy officer then tells the communications team to report that there are no detected or intercepted calls -- especially since the Kingdom of Lulusia has supposedly never existed in the first place.

Giant Warm Emmy in One Piece

A few days later, the Thousand Sunny has seemingly entered their island destination's climate range. Nami guesses their destination to be a strong winter island, prompting Chopper to don the woven hat Otama has given him. Just as they are braving themselves for the cold harsh climate, Luffy notices a mysterious blob of water floating in the air. Nami quickly identifies it to be a ginormous warm eddy that was heated up and is being pushed upward. Seeing the gigantic freak of nature in front of them, Nami asks Jimbei to get the Thousand Sunny out of there before the giant warm eddy sucks them in.

Before they do, Luffy notices another weird thing within the warm eddy: a person inside the water. Sanji supports his captain's claim and further adds hearing a lady's scream from inside the blob. Zoro then steps up and offers to cut the warm eddy. Before anybody can complain, he has already unleashed one of his one-sword-style attacks.

At that moment, Chopper comes out to check what the ruckus is all about. Unfortunately, the winds prove to be strong enough to blow him away. Luffy is quick to take action, extending his rubbery arm to grab the ship's resident doctor. However, instead of pulling Chopper back into the ship, he gets blown away along with him. Meanwhile, a little kid pops out of the warm eddy, and it's none other than Jewelry Bonney -- one of One Piece's Worst Generation.
