One Piece has been around for years now, and it only gets more and more popular. There are great adventures, amazing fight scenes, and even some tragic storylines that will have you reaching for the tissues. They're also known for their eccentric and loveable characters! One of them is Carrot.

Carrot is a rabbit (obviously) mink, who is part of the Warrior Beast Tribe. She is also a ruler's aide. Although she goes through various costume changes, she is always known for her close resemblance to rabbits.

Although she has her own tribe, it doesn't stop her from teaming up with other characters from the show. She proves herself over and over again that she is a worthy ally to have in any team.

10 HER PAST IS VERY INTERESTING

Carrot had joined the Inuarashi Musketeer Squad when she was young. So she didn't exactly have a quiet upbringing. She was trained to be a high-class swordsman by Sicilian, but she wasn't very good with a sword.

That's why Pedro gave her gauntlets. They look like rabbit paws, and are useful to her Electro powers, as she can channel her powers through the gauntlets. Not only that, but they are strong enough to even withstand Zoro's swords.

9 HER LIFE WITH THE MINK TRIBE

Carrot is extremely loyal to everyone she is an alliance with, but mostly to the Mink Tribe. Her closest friend in the tribe is Wanda. They constantly worry about each other, and even though they occasionally have their differences, they are always there to back each other up.

Carrot is also extremely close to Pedro, who not only allowed her to access her powers better, but gave his life to protect his people. She was deeply distraught when he passed away, and allowed that anger to fester inside her.

8 THE STRAW HATS

Carrot is on good terms with the Straw Hats as they came to Carrot's aid after Jack destroyed their country. She even joined their team to help retrieve Sanji. In doing so, and in their other adventures, she has become close to Chopper, and even gave him a nickname!

They work together often and make a good team. She gets along with all of them, and even seemed delightfully embarrassed when Luffy praised her for completing all her tasks greatly.

7 SHE HAS A LOT OF ENEMIES

During a mission to take back Sanji, Carrot and Big Mom Pirates became enemies. She had a fight with many of the pirates, but the worst of it came once (spoiler alert) Pedro sacrificed himself to save his friends.

Carrot was overcome with sadness, and she didn't hide that fact. She attacked her enemies and harboured her anger toward the people who got her friend to take himself out. Another one of her enemies is Jack. She took a stand against him and his forces when he made to obliterate their country.

6 SULONG FORM

Since Carrot is a member of the Mink Tribe, she's able to awaken the Sulong, when she's looking up at a full moon. It is how she can get to her strongest point, as her strength, speed, and all of her fighting abilities are tuned up.

She's able to take out her opponents before they have a moment to react and can tear apart ships without using much thought. The only downside is that it makes her extremely tired.

5 SHE'S ACTUALLY AN ARTIST

Carrot is not only skilled in fighting, but she's also actually great at drawing. However, she definitely has her own style that shouldn't be ignored. She tends to draw people with a certain aesthetic; normally very beautiful, and youthful.

The idea of her art is that it is androgenesis, in that it transcends the boundaries that are placed on gender. She can also draw maps with detail, and all the faces that she draws are from memory. This suggests that she has an impeccable memory!

4 SHE HAS GREAT ATTACKS

Carrot has two major attacks: eleclaw and electrical luna. Eleclaw is when Carrot uses Electro in her fist, pumping it with electricity and then using it to attack them.

Electrical Luna is similar, but a little more powerful. Carrot channels electricity into both her hands, and after slamming them onto the ground, she's able to electrocute multiple people at once. However, neither really compare to her abilities in her Sulong Form, where all of this is amplified.

3 AND SOME WEAKNESSES

Carrot is extremely powerful in her own right, but that doesn't mean she's immune. If someone pats Carrot's head, she can be calmed down, and although she is a fearsome fighter, she can be a little childish. She doesn't always take things seriously and gets way too overly excited about simple events.

Even when some things are meant to be dangerous, she is always excited to take part in it. She is also confused about simple things, like the weather! Seriously, she once didn't even know what lightning was. At least she is always up for an adventure!

2 ANIME AND MANGA DIFFERENCE

It's no secret that animes tend to change certain things from a manga every now and again. Sometimes it's done because a manga might have too many characters to put in, and other times it's done simply because it makes more sense for a show to focus on one particular person instead of having a fight scene include ten people.

Carrot was the one who took down Tablet in the Seducing Woods, during the escape from Whole Cake Island in the anime. However, in the manga, Nami used Zeus' Thunderbolt to defeat the pursuit squad.

1 SHE HAS A SPECIFIED FAVORITE FOOD

Despite being named after a rabbit's favourite food, that is not her favourite food. Also, fun fact, too many carrots can actually get a rabbit quite sick.

Not that it matters in terms of the show, considering what Carrot's actual favourite food is. She is obsessed with chocolate, which is not the best pick for someone, whether you're a fictional character or a real-life rabbit. However, it might explain her energetic attitude and constant willingness for a new adventure.
