Eustass Kid is one of the members of the Worst Generation. Unlike any of the other members of the Worst Generation, Kid is far more brutal and his reputation is that of a notorious pirate. Kid is an ambitious pirate and he dreams of becoming the Pirate King.
Kid is probably the only supernova who is close to Luffy's level. He has a major role to play in Wano and it is obvious that he is going to fight many characters before the final confrontation with Kaido. Kid has a lot of potential and he could end up becoming one of the strongest characters in One Piece in the future.
10 Will Surpass: Queen
Queen is one of the All-Stars of the Animal Kingdom Pirates. His bounty is over 1 Billion beris. Queen has an ancient zoan type devil fruit known as Ryou Ryou no Mi, Model: Brontosaurus. Despite his looks, Queen is skilled in engineering.
He has created several viruses that are very lethal and his creations have landed him the name of Queen "The Plague." Queen tortured Kid a lot and also took away his mechanical arm, and before Wano ends, Kid might fight him.
9 Won't Surpass: Whitebeard
Whitebeard was the captain of the Whitebeard Pirates. He held the title of the World's Strongest Man until his very death. He was considered a monster by everyone and his name was enough to make everyone tremble with fear.
Whitebeard was said to be the only man that fought on equal footing with Gol D. Roger and after Roger's death, Whitebeard became the undisputed power of the seas. It is highly unlikely that Kidd will surpass Whitebeard.
8 Will Surpass: Dracule Mihawk
Dracule Mihawk was a member of the Seven Warlords before it was dissolved. He holds the title of the "Strongest Swordsman in the World." Mihawk is respected throughout the Grandline and his skill with the sword is unparalleled.
Mihawk is definitely one of the strongest characters in One Piece and if Kid wants to become a fearsome pirate, he needs to surpass Mihawk.
7 Won't Surpass: Blackbeard
Blackbeard is one of the Yonko and is the captain of the Blackbeard Pirates. He possesses two Devil Fruits, both of which are powerful and both are the strongest in their class.
His physical strength is very impressive as he defeated Ace. Right now his strength rivals that of other Yonko and his power will grow even more when he awakens his Devil Fruit.
6 Will Surpass: Admirals
The Admirals are the Marines' most feared weapons. There are three Admirals in total and each one of them has an overpowered devil fruit.
The fans have already seen the power of the Admirals. They are ruthless fighters who will obliterate almost everyone who stands in their way. Kid is not yet on their level, but it won't be long before he supplants them.
5 Won't Surpass: Gol D. Roger
Roger was the captain of the Roger Pirates and he held the title of the Pirate King. He was extremely powerful but his true strength is still a mystery. The people that he fought spoke of how strong he was in his prime.
Only one person managed to fight toe-to-toe against him and that person was Whitebeard. Kid aspires to become the Pirate King like Roger, but he might never reach his level.
4 Will Surpass: Marco
Marco is the former first division commander of the Whitebeard Pirates. He ate the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix. It is a mythical zoan that grants Marco the ability of flight and it also heals any damage that has been dealt to him.
Marco was the right-hand man of the World's Strongest Man, which just adds to his incredible reputation.
3 Won't Surpass: Moneky D. Garp
Garp is a former Vice-Admiral of the Marines and is called the Hero of the Marines by the people of the world. He is a non-Devil Fruit user who relies on his raw strength and his insane Armament Haki.
Garp has defeated many powerful pirates and the one fight that stands out is against Rocks D. Xebec who he fought alongside Roger.
2 Will Surpass: Shiki
Golden Lion Shiki is one of the legendary characters in the series. He was a member of the Rocks Pirates. Shiki was a rival of the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger. He was the first person who broke out of Impel Down and he did so on his own.
Shiki also destroyed half of Marineford and he fought Garp and Sengoku alone. Kid will have to fight much stronger enemies if he wants to surpass someone like Shiki.
1 Won't Surpass: Monkey D. Luffy
The final character on the list is Monkey D. Luffy. Luffy aspires to become the Pirate King and he is on the proper path. He has grown much stronger since he set out on his adventure.
Luffy has mastered the use of all three types of Haki and has better control over his devil fruit. Kid is already lagging behind Luffy, and the game will only widen up in the future.
