Artist Olivia de Berardinis has provided an original art painting of DC's Harley Quinn for Jim Lee's comic shop relief charity. The DC Chief Creative Officer-Publisher shared de Berardinis' artwork on his Twitter account, which is based on model Stefania Ferrario and depicts Harley Quinn as she appeared in Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of one Harley Quinn)."Harley Quinn DC Comics Original Art Painting By OLIVIA de Berardinis!" Lee posted on Twitter. "Based on model Stefania Ferrario aka @stefania_model, this spectacular painting of fan-favorite Harley Quinn by the world renown artist @oliviapinupart is HUGE at 15"x18.25", mixed media, watercolor, copic marker, & gouache on Arches board!" Lee also shared a concept video by de Berardinis, allowing fans to see her rendition of Harley Quinn come to life as colors and texture are added before the final product is revealed. As of this writing, the current bid on de Berardinis' Harley Quinn painting is at $3,450.00, with two days and 19 hours left until the auction closes.

The DC Publisher started his 60-day charity sketch auction following the comic book industry's shutdown amid the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. He has gotten numerous contributions from across the industry, while also adding his own sketches to the charity.
