In the latest promotional photo for "Arrow" season four, Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) stands tall in his new Green Arrow costume. The photo shows Oliver standing in what looks to be a closed down bar -- perhaps Verdant, the nightclub Thea formerly owned that acted as a base of operations for Team Arrow in the first three seasons.

Starring Amell, David Ramsey and Emily Bett Rickards, "Arrow" season four is scheduled to debut Wednesday, Oct. 7 at 8 pm EST on The CW.
