The end of Avengers: Endgame saw an older Steve Rogers/Captain America, who had gone back in time to spend his life with Peggy Carter, handing his shield off to Sam Wilson/Falcon. Concept art now gives a new look at the older version of Steve.

Marvel Studios Head of Visual Development Ryan Meinerding posted the concept art to Instagram, writing, "Cap at the end of Endgame! This was done to help figure out Steve’s age and overall look when he shows up to deliver the shield."
