A recent TikTok video has given Star Wars fans a firsthand look at the surface of Tatooine for the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi series for Disney+.

"HELLO IS THIS THE ACTUAL KENOBI SET THIS TIME," wrote Twitter user @ewanskenobii who re-uploaded TikTok user @ayalatvjr's video to Twitter. The video featured them passing through a number of Tatooine-based buildings and homes surrounded by construction equipment, all set to the tune of the Mos Eisley Cantina theme. "Hello there... more of this coming soon...," @ayalatvjr wrote in the caption, mimicking Obi-Wan's infamous comment from Revenge of the Sith.

Recently, Disney unveiled the Obi-Wan Kenobi show's complete cast list, which featured a number of veteran actors from the Star Wars prequel films. In addition to Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen returning as Obi-Wan and Darth Vader, Joel Edgerton and Bonnie Piesse will also be reprising their roles as Owen and Beru Lars from Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones, both of whom Anakin Skywalker met upon returning to Tatooine in search of his mother.

Though plot details for Obi-Wan Kenobi remain unknown, the show will follow Kenobi on Tatooine as he watches over young Luke Skywalker until their eventual meeting in A New Hope. This period of the character's life has briefly been explored in comics and the Star Wars: Rebels episode "Twin Suns," which saw Darth Maul use Ezra Bridger to unwittingly track down Obi-Wan's planetary location and get his revenge. Upon guessing his purpose for being on Tatooine, Obi-Wan quickly defeated Maul in a brief lightsaber duel, then confirmed the boy he was watching over to be the Chosen One before Maul succumbed to his wounds.

In addition to Obi-Wan Kenobi, Disney is currently working on multiple live-action and animated Star Wars programs set for a Disney+ release. These include Season 3 of The Mandalorian, its spinoff series The Book of Boba Fett, AhsokaRangers of the New Republic and the upcoming CGI show The Bad Batch, which is currently set for a May 4 release.

Directed by Deborah Chow, Obi-Wan Kenobi stars Ewan McGregor, Hayden Christensen, Joel Edgerton, Moses Ingram, Bonnie Piesse, Kumail Nanjiani, Indira Varma, Rupert Friend, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Sung Kang, Simone Kessell and Benny Safdie. The series has yet to receive a premiere date.
