Hot Toys' latest Darth Vader figure showcases the furious Sith Lord's battle-damaged appearance from Disney+'s Star Wars limited series Obi-Wan Kenobi.

The upcoming sixth-scale figure depicts the partially uncovered face of Anakin Skywalker, with the fallen Jedi's features meticulously detailed with the horrible burns he suffered at the hands of his former Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi. The intricate head mold also integrates Hot Toys' DX rolling eyeball function, which allows adjustments to the figure's eyeline for all posing needs. The Sith Lord comes with several features inspired by Obi-Wan Kenobi, such as the Third Sister's twin lightsabers, a destroyed chest control panel, LED light-up belt boxes and a rocky diorama display base. Vader additionally comes with his own lightsaber, which includes LED lights and a beam that can be swapped out for another blade, imitating the weapon's iconic visual effects.

Buyers looking for a wider array of accessories might be interested in the deluxe version for the battle-damaged Darth Vader figure. Apart from the standard sixth-scale figure, the deluxe version also adds interchangeable pristine versions of Vader's helmet and chest control panel, along with an LED figure display base resembling a space station. Fans who order the figure from Sideshow Collectibles may go one step further and reserve a limited Special Edition version, which additionally includes a hologram of the Grand Inquisitor and a holoprojector.

Analytics company Samba TV reported Vader and Obi-Wan's second duel in Obi-Wan Kenobi's finale achieved notable ratings in comparison to other Star Wars series, garnering viewership in 1.8 million US households in just five days after its June 22 premiere. This was a marked increase from the 1.5 million households who watched the finale of The Book of Boba Fett, a similar limited Star Wars series focusing on the titular Boba Fett's rise as Tatooine's criminal kingpin.

Though the show arguably proved its ability to retain viewership, director Deborah Chow revealed there were no plans to continue Obi-Wan Kenobi. "For this one, we really did conceive it to be a limited series," she said. "It really is one big story with a beginning, middle and end. So, we weren't thinking past that." Chow further clarified a second season was still possible in the future but believed "if it was to go forward, it would only be if there was a real reason for another one."

All versions of Hot Toys' battle-damaged sixth-scale Darth Vader figure are available for preorder on Sideshow. The Star Wars limited series Obi-Wan Kenobi is available for streaming exclusively on Disney+.
