Bryan Cranston shed his bumbling, loving father veneer for that of a criminal mastermind when he went from a starring role on the sitcom "Malcolm in the Middle" to the co-lead in "Breaking Bad." Now, he's shifting back to the realm of nice guy as the voice of senior citizen superhero Titanium Rex on the stop motion animated "SuperMansion." But that doesn't mean he doesn't have a little darkness left in his actor's soul.

During "Super Mansion's" New York Comic Con panel over the weekend, the acclaimed actor received a follow-up question to a statement he had made earlier in the show where he said he'd like to bring a new Marvel Comics villain to the big screen. Asked point blank which character it was he had been referring to, Cranston stated "Mister Sinister," to the delight of the crowd.

"Breaking Bad's" Bryan Cranston Wants to Play a "Nasty" Marvel Villain

An X-Men villain, Sinister is a Victorian-era mad scientist with a gothically glam look and a passion for studying mutant genetics no matter how invasive or costly. He has clashed with the X-Men multiple times over the years, often with the desire to conduct his experiments on members of the heroes' team -- specifically Cyclops, Jean Grey and the members of the Summers family.
