Sick of thriller movies where the bad guys play a game of cat and mouse with the good guys? What if one of the sides included the world's greatest illusionist? Yeah, I thought that would get your attention.
Now You See It is the name of your new favorite blockbuster. Sure, it's not actually a movie yet - The script has just been sold - but look at these ingredients: Co-written by Prince of Persia's Boaz Yakin (with Edward Ricourt), purchased by Twilight studio Summit Entertainment, and produced by Star Trek, Transformers and Fringe screenwriters and executive producers Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci. How can this movie not be a massive success?
(If you're worried about little things like plot, here's Entertainment Weekly's summary: "The film tracks a crack FBI squad in a game of cat and mouse against a team of the world’s greatest illusionists, who pull off a series of daring bank heists while staying one step ahead of the law." Get Ryan Reynolds involved - He's only in everything right now, after all - and I'm seeing boffo box office ahead.)
