No Time to Die is scheduled to debut in the United Kingdom on Nov. 12 with star Ana de Armas in attendance. However, according to a new rumor, the film's press team does not want Armas' boyfriend Ben Affleck to attend the premiere.

According to Metro, the studio is worried that if Affleck attends the premiere, he and de Armas' relationship will distract from the film's other stars, including Daniel Craig, Rami Malek, Naomie Harris and Lashana Lynch.

"This film premiere has been a long time coming and franchise bosses want the spotlight to be on the stars of the film," a source said. "It would be a disaster if it was all about Ben's mushy PDAs with Ana overshadowing the event."

Affleck and de Armas began dating at the beginning of this year while the two were filming Deep Water. The two have captured headlines over the last few months and are known for their public displays of affection.

Originally scheduled to debut in the U.S. in November 2019, No Time to Die was pushed back to April 2020 after filmmaker Danny Boyle left the production. However, the COVID-19 pandemic pushed the film back further to its current Nov. 20 release date.

Directed and co-written by Cary Fukunaga, No Time to Die stars Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Rory Kinnear, Léa Seydoux, Ben Whishaw, Jeffrey Wright, Ana de Armas, Dali Benssalah, David Dencik, Lashana Lynch, Billy Magnussen and Rami Malek. The film arrives in theaters Nov. 20.
