There are a lot of fan theories about what will happen in director Rian Johnson's upcoming Star Wars: The Last Jedi and, according to him, none of the big ones are correct.

Asked by Screen Rant if any fan theories had gotten anything right, Johnson replied "I mean, nothing that’s really nailed big stuff. No, which… I love reading the fan theories, you know, having been a Star Wars fan myself and been on the other side of the curtain most of my life it’s pretty cool to be back behind, like peeking through saying seeing like I would have people guessing."

Johnson's statement does seem to imply that there are fan theories out there that have gotten some minor details about the film right. It's also possible that Johnson just hasn't read the right theories, or that he's being coy to avoid stoking speculation.

Screen Rant also asked Adam Driver -- who plays Kylo Ren -- the same question, though more specifically with regard to his character. "I mean, I don't know," Driver responded. "I haven't read any that I can remember. I don't know. I'm kind of off the fan theories. What are fan theories? I mean, I know what they are, but what are what are some of the fan theories? Oh, well they don't tell them, because actually if you tell me then if I say yes or no, that kind of destroys it."
