Fans now have their first look at the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in gameplay action in NetherRealm Studios' Injustice 2.
Released by Warner Bros. Interactive and DC Entertainment, the two-minute video pits Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo against villains from across the DC Universe, and also reveals that the brothers were jettisoned across the multiverse after a fight with the alien mastermind Krang.
We see Leonardo and his katanas, Raphael and his sais, a skateboarding Michelangelo with his nunchuks, as well as a staff-wielding Donatello in combat, with the Turtles' special move put on display: a combined attack that ends with a move called "shell-shock" in which they squash their opponents in mid-air.
The brothers are part of the Fighter Pack 3 that will be available for download beginning next week. NetherRealm's Ed Boon also took to Twitter to reveal how fans can choose their favorite Turtle to play.
