In Netflix's Night Teeth, Benny (Jorge Lendeborg Jr.) learns the hard way not to trust a pretty face as he ends up in the middle of a vampire war in Los Angeles. Luckily, he evades the wrath of Victor (Alfie Allen), who's trying to destroy other covens, as well as human hunters to take over. But as Benny saves the day and forges a new, blood-sucking chapter in his life, the movie opens up a few directions for a sequel.
Night Teeth's Vampire War Can Continue
Victor took out many clans as he hated the accords set up to keep him out of Los Angeles. Vamps wanted peace with humans so they could run their businesses and blood farms in peace, but there's a power vacuum now looming. New clans could move in on open territory, knowing the hunters are fewer in numbers after Victor's rampage.
We could even see Victor's friends, family and other vamps he turned coming in for revenge. After all, Zoe and Blaire were dedicated followers, so there could be a new cult obsessed with finishing his mission as he often boasted about how many acolytes he had outside of town.
Jay Has To Rebuild A New Army
Benny's brother, Jay, was Victor's real target as Jay controlled the strongest hunters. Sadly, Victor killed Jay's beloved, Maria, and many of his generals, so a sequel can also focus on Jay needing to train and rebuild his legion. He's already wary of other covens rolling into town, but the problem is, other hunter groups are entrenched in a civil war of their own.
It seems they want power and territory too, so Jay's vision could be spoiled. He knows the underworld needs protecting, though, because by keeping it in check, humanity would be safe. Thus, building a wider fraternity of hunters would make sense for mankind.
Benny & Blaire's Romance Would Be a Target
In the final act, Victor turned Benny as he hated how the human and Blaire struck up a romance. It also ended in Zoe's death as she despised how Blaire turned on her, so we can see Victor's loyalists hunting the lovers down as they chart their vampire romance. Outside hunters and covens may also want to take them out for Blaire's role in helping Victor.
Thus, Jay would be torn between duty and protecting his brother. He loves Benny but this would put his position into disrepute. And if Benny and Blaire have their own coven -- a mix of humans and heroic vamps -- they could join the hunters too to reestablish equilibrium and peace amid the civil war. Either way, their forbidden romance will have a lot of eyes judging and hoping to put it to an end a la Romeo & Juliet.
