Nicholas Hoult, who will play the Beast in X-Men: First Class and the title character in Jack the Giant Killer, has been cast in Summit Entertainment's zombie love story Warm Bodies.
Deadline reports that Jonathan Levine (All the Boys Love Mandy Lane) will direct the Twilight-esque adaptation of Isaac Marion's novel about a tormented zombie named R who falls in love with the girlfriend of one of his victims. Their unlikely relationship kicks off a chain reaction that will transform him, his fellow zombies and possibly the world.
Released in the U.K. in the fall, the novel will be published in the U.S. on April 26. You can watch a trailer below.
The 21-year-old Hoult who got his break in About a Boy before going on to star in Skins and A Single Man, is also set to star in George Miller's Mad Max: Fury Road, which films next year.
