New "Walking Dead" Teaser Promises "Things Are Gonna Get Worse"

As fans continue the countdown to Season 6 of of "The Walking Dead," the AMC series has released a new teaser for the Oct. 11 premiere featuring walkers, walkers and more walkers.

The 30-second teaser follows last week's release of a featurette showing the the cast and crew sharing their expectations and thoughts of what's to come in the show's upcoming sixth season, how life in Alexandria will never be the same again and things going "off the chain."

Based on the long-running comic series created by Robert Kirkman, Charlie Adlard and Tony Moore, the hit drama picks up with the safety of Alexandria shattered by multiple threats, forcing its residents to become as hardened as the members of Rick Grimes' group, even as some of those survivors attempt to step back from the violence and pragmatism that have gotten them this far.

Starring Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Danai Gurira, Melissa McBride, Lauren Cohan, Sonequa Martin-Green and Michael Cudlitz, "The Walking Dead" returns Sunday. Oct. 11, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on AMC with a 90-minute episode.
