A new photo from the set of AMC's "The Walking Dead" may reveal our first glance at Jesus, the gay zombie-killing character from Robert Kirkman's original comic series. In a group shot featuring series regulars like Daryl (Norman Reedus) and Glen (Steven Yeun), ET noticed an actor with Jesus's signature long hair, beard and beanie.

Introduced in "The Walking Dead" #91, Jesus had already earned his nickname due to these features and his tendency to save others. Kirkman, who executive produces the show, has called Jesus one of his favorite characters, so it would be no surprise if he made it onto the screen. You can check out a side-by-side comparison below.

Based on the Image Comics series of the same name and created by Robert Kirkman, the sixth season of "The Walking Dead" is scheduled to debut with a 90-minute episode Oct. 11 on AMC.
