Although some early reports indicated TNT's planned reboot of "Tales From the Crypt" wouldn't include the Crypt Keeper, executive producer M. Night Shyamalan assures fans they haven't seen the last of the skeletal host.

Asked by /Film whether there will be a Crypt Keeper in the new series, Shyamalan simply said, "There will."

However, that may be the only thing that's certain about the reboot. While the filmmaker revealed he had considered a season-long arc for the new "Tales From the Crypt," he's no leaning toward the anthology approach utilized by the long-running HBO series, with each episode featuring a new story and cast.

“You know, I can’t say 100 percent, but I’m thinking right now, where I am, if you’d asked me this six months ago I would have a different answer," he told the website. "But where I am right now it’s more individual 'Black Mirror' kind of stuff right now."
