Production on director David Ayer's "Suicide Squad" film may have moved on from filming on Toronto's very public streets, but that hasn't stopped a few ambitious photographers from snapping new pics of both Jared Leto's Joker and Common's mystery DC character.

Just Jared has posted photos of Leto walking around the "Suicide Squad" set while wearing a robe to cover his full Clown Prince of Crime regalia. The photos reveal hints of the tattoos and silver-plated teeth first seen in the character's debut pic.

Additionally, SuicideSquadHQ has posted the first pics of Common in costume on the film's set.

Based on his facial tattoos, there's speculation that Common will play Abel Tarrant, a.k.a. Tattooed Man. The villain, originally a Green Lantern foe, possesses the power to animate his tattoos into deadly weapons; the character does have Suicide Squad ties as he appeared as a member very briefly before his death in 2006. Other theories ignore the tattoos -- every Suicide Squad member seems to have them -- and instead focuses on the fangs on Common's jacket, speculating that the actor will instead play founding Squad member Bronze Tiger.

"Suicide Squad" opens on August 5, 2016.
