The more we see of Lionsgate's "Power Rangers" reboot, the more it looks like it's going to be a slightly more serious take on the kids' entertainment franchise. We've already seen the sleek, upgraded suits, as well as posters revealing the human faces of the team.
Now, there's another poster of the title characters in their full-bodied glory, as spotted at the licensing event, Expo Licensing Brasil. The Rangers' costumes continue to look impressive -- more armored than spandex when compared to any of the property's television shows. And how about the minimalism of the helmets? Each one delivers a more subtle take on the prehistoric animals that serve as the costumes' inspiration. Check out the poster below:
Directed by Dean Israelite and starring Dacre Montgomery as the Red Ranger, Naomi Scott as the Pink Ranger, Ludi Lin as the Black Ranger, R.J. Cyler as the Blue Ranger and Becky Gomez as the Yellow Ranger, “Power Rangers” morphs into theaters March 24, 2017.
