Netflix has debuted two new character posters for Marvel's "Luke Cage," featuring Rosario Dawson as Claire Temple and Simone Missick as Misty Knight.

Each character appears with a quote summing up her personal philosophy. Claire seems adamant about taking destiny into one's own hands, saying, "If you want justice, you have to get it yourself." Misty takes an even more aggressive stance: "I don't seek justice, I stalk it."

Claire, a night-shift nurse, debuted on Marvel's "Daredevil" series, aiding the hero when she discovered him injured. She later appeared on "Jessica Jones," where she met the eponymous heroine and saved Luke Cage's life. She will be an ally to Luke in the upcoming series.

Misty Knight is a hard-nosed detective, committed to protecting the streets of Harlem and determined to find out more about Luke Cage. She's seen in the trailer briefly confronting Cage about his methods, so it's possible the two will be at odds, at least for a time, when the show debuts Sept. 30.

Starring Mike Colter in the title role, "Luke Cage" also features Mahershala Ali, Alfre Woodard, Theo Rossi and Frank Whaley.
