New 'Heroes Reborn' TV Spots Promise 'Something Big's Coming'

As the first of two new promos for "Heroes Reborn" demonstrates, Mohinder Suresh hasn't lost his knack for narration.

In the spot "Believe in Heroes," Sendhil Ramamurthy's familiar voice will likely strike a note of nostalgia for fans of the original series, as he asks, "Who will hold our hand, touch our hearts like the glowing light of a new dawn?"

The second, titled "They're Here to Save Us," quickly establishes the premise of the miniseries, in which people with extraordinary abilities — they’re called evolved humans, or “EVOs” – are in hiding or on the run in the aftermath of a terrorist attack that destroys Odessa, Texas, famous as the former home of Claire Bennet.

Premiering Sept. 24 on NBC, "Heroes Reborn" also stars franchise veterans Jack Coleman, Masi Oka, Greg Grunberg, Jimmy Jean-Louis and Cristine Rose, joined by a cast of newcomers that includes Zachary Levi, Kiki Sukezane, Robbie Kay, Danika Yarosh, Judith Shekoni, Ryan Guzman, Henry Zebrowski, Gatlin Green, Dylan Bruce, Francesca Eastwood and Nazneen Contractor.
