While the first video package for the second season of "Gotham" focused heavily on Jim Gordon, this one takes viewers deep into the criminal side of the series. With the cast and crew all promising an even more focused look at Batman's future rogues gallery in Season 2 -- subtitled "Rise of the Villains" -- it's no surprise that Cameron Monaghan's possible Joker and the rest of Arkham Asylum's patients are featured so heavily in the new teaser.
