The nearly two-minute-long, English-subbed teaser  features Tengen, the Sound Hashira, who has a prominent role in the upcoming Entertainment District Arc. Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inosuke are set to join Tengen as he investigates reports of demon activity within the Entertainment District, also known as the Red Light District. The group eventually gets involved in a battle with Gyutaro and Daki of the Twelve Kizuki. Some manga readers consider the Entertainment District Arc to be one of the series' best story arcs.

Season 2 animation duties will once again be handled by Ufotable, the animation studio responsible for Season 1 of the anime series, as well as Demon Slayer - Kimetsu No Yaiba - the Movie: Mugen Train. The first season of the anime is available for streaming on Netflix, Hulu and Funimation, while the Mugen Train movie is exclusively available on Funimation.
