In the latest trailer for the show's upcoming fourth season, Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) prepares to propose to Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) by slipping an engagement ring into her dessert over an intimate dinner for two. However, his plans go awry when they receive some unexpected guests.
