With two weeks until the premiere of "Avengers: Age of Ultron," Marvel Studios has released a new video that examines the tenuous ties that bind Earth's Mightiest Heroes.

Titled "Team Dynamics," the featurette includes interviews with director Joss Whedon, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige and stars Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth, who explain that the threat of the title villain that's keeps these disparate heroes together.

"The dynamic of the team has only really changed in that is exists," Whedon says. "The first movie was definitely about putting the team together, and the second movie is totally about pulling them apart.

"We don't know if the Avengers are going to make it, and it's really their shadow, in a real way, that they're fighting against," Ruffalo adds. "Ultron is like the negative manifestation of all of their worst attributes."

Opening May 1, "Avengers: Age of Ultron" stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Cobie Smulders, Anthony Mackie, James Spader and Samuel L. Jackson.
