First premiering on Netflix in November 2018, Noelle Stevenson's She-Ra and the Princesses of Power showed the titular character and her friends on an adventure to save their home of Etheria. Now, Stevenson has revealed that the adventure will end with Season 5.

"It has been such an incredible journey so far just getting to share these seasons that are already out and seeing the reactions," Stevenson shared with Entertainment Weekly. She also mentioned that their total episode count was known when they began working on the series, which allowed the crew to "tailor the story very specifically."

Stevenson added, "I’m very happy with where we got to with this story. I’m really excited for people to see it. I hope they’ll be as happy as I am."

Season 5 of She-Ra and the Princesses of Power will be released through Netflix on May 15. Most of the series' voice cast will likely return.
