Aziz Ansari has partnered with "Parks and Recreation" writer Alan Yang to develop a half-hour comedy series for Netflix starring H. Jon Benjamin, Eric Wareheim and, of course, Ansari himself.

The streaming service has ordered 10 episodes of the as-yet-untitled project, which will also feature Lena Waithe, Noel Wells and Kelvin Yu. Nothing is known about the show's premise, but it will be filmed in New York City.

Ansari and Yang will executive produce, alongside "Parks & Rec" co-creator Michael Schur, Dave Becky and David Miner. According to Vulture, the series has been in the works for months but is only now being announced.

The comedy follows recent deals between the actor/comedian and Netflix for his standup specials Aziz Ansari: Live at Madison Square Garden” and “Buried Alive.”
