Although Arnold Schwarzenegger's currently untitled television project is still in development, it will now have a streaming home.

Netflix recently grabbed Schwarzenegger's upcoming global spy adventure series for its streaming service, as reported by Deadline.

Schwarzenegger's series will be centered not just on the hijinks of being a spy but is pitched as a father-daughter tale at its heart. Monica Barbaro (Top Gun: Maverick) recently signed on to the project, starring as Schwarzenegger's daughter.

Skydance Television, the same studio that created Grace & Frankie and Altered Carbon for Netflix developed the project and cast both Barbaro and Schwarzenegger as the series' leads before pitching the project to streaming services.

This project will be Schwarzenegger's first foray into television, having only starred previously in blockbuster action-adventure films or family-friendly comedies such as his leading roles in the Terminator franchise, Predator, Total Recall, Kindergarten Cop, Jingle All The Way, Conan the Barbarian and Batman & Robin.
