Streaming giant Netflix has announced an adaptation of the Korean zombie high school web comic Now at Our School as a live-action series.

The series will be titled All of Us Are Dead, and is described as a show "focused on a group of high school students who are faced with an extreme crisis situation when they become trapped in their school, while a zombie virus spreads like a wildfire."

The adaptation is Netflix's latest entry into the Korean zombie genre following the acclaimed Kingdom, currently in its second season. The streamer also has other Korean originals coming down the pipeline such as The School Nurse Files, My Holo Love and Extracurricular.

Since its debut, Now at Our School has proved to be very popular in its home country of South Korea, and has also built a significant fanbase in Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan. Netflix will work with Beethoven Virus and Police Woman producer Lee JQ in developing the series. JQ will direct the series along with Kim Nam-su, while Chun Sung-il is set to write it. The production will be overseen by JTBC Studios in conjunction with Film Monster.

No casting information, production start or release date has been announced.
