NBC is ready to serve up another heaping helping of Hannibal, announcing that the second season the Bryan Fuller thriller series will debut Friday, Feb. 28 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. It will take the place of Dracula, which wraps up its 10-episode run.

Based on character created by author Thomas Harris, the series stars Hugh Dancy as Will Graham, Mads Mikkelsen as Hannibal Lecter and Laurence Fishburne as Jack Crawford.

“After a horrifying descent into madness in Season 1, this image ironically represents the perspective of a scrappier, clearer-minded Will Graham in Season 2,” Fuller said in October. “The scales have fallen from his eyes and he finally sees Hannibal Lecter for the monster he is.”
