Natalie Dormer Wanders Off the Path in 'The Forest's' First Trailer

Gramercy Pictures has debuted the first trailer "The Forest," the supernatural thriller starring "Game of Thrones" and "The Hunger Games" actress Natalie Dormer.

Directed by Jason Zada, the film is set in Japan's legendary Aokigahara Forest, also known as the Suicide Forest, where a young American woman goes in search of her twin sister, who mysteriously disappeared. Despite warnings to "stay on the path," she enters the forest determined to discover her sister's fate, only to be confronted by the tormented souls of the dead that prey on anyone who wanders into the forest.

Opening Jan. 8, "The Forest" also stars Taylor Kinney, Eoin Macken and Yukiyoshi Ozawa.
