The Allied Shinobi Forces were formed by all the Five Great Nations joining their forces together prior to the beginning of the Fourth Great Ninja War in Naruto.  Their goal was to fight against the evil Akatsuki for the protection of the Eight and the Nine-Tails and in doing so, they were fighting for the safety of the world.

During the Fourth Great Ninja War, Darui was a Jonin from Kumogakure and some years after the war, he ended up becoming a Kage. He demonstrated great skill with his usage of Storm Release during the war, even going as far as defeating both Kinkaku and Ginkaku at once.

Darui's usage of this Kekkei Genkai, along with the Black Lightning that he inherited from the Third Raikage, made him incredibly powerful.

Known to be one of the most powerful characters in the entire series, Orochimaru finally got his hands on a Kekkei Genkai during the Fourth Great Ninja War as he took over the body of one of the White Zetsu.

Thanks to them being made with the cells of Hashirama Senju, Orochimaru got access to Wood Release. His exact proficiency with this Kekkei Genkai isn't known, however, a shinobi of his caliber is certainly going to be decent at using such powers.

8 Mei Terumi's Lava Release & Boil Release Were Used In The Fight Against Madara

Mei was the Fifth Kazekage of Kirigakure and she led the shinobi of her village into the Fourth Great Ninja War. Being an impressive Kunoichi and a Kage, Mei was strong enough to line up alongside Tsunade Senju and the other Kage.

Among all the Five Kage, she is the only one to have had access to two Kekkei Genkai in Lava Release and Boil Release. Both powers were extremely useful during the war and the fans got to see quite a good portion of it during her fight against Madara Uchiha.

7 Kabuto Yakushi Possessed The Kekkei Genkai Of Jugo and Ukon & Sakon

Kabuto was one of the perpetrators of the war, however, he later switched sides and helped the shinobi forces as well, especially Sasuke Uchiha. Although his involvement in the war after his redemption was quite limited, it goes without saying that his skills with several Kekkei Genkai made him an exceptionally strong fighter.

Kabuto had access to Jugo's Kekkei Genkai, Shikotsumyaku, and Sakon and Ukon's Kekkei Genkai as well. Undoubtedly, he was a refined user of these arts.

Reanimated by Kabuto Yakushi during the war, Itachi was quite a powerful character and one of the very few who were capable of breaking the control of Edo Tensei completely.

Itachi was a user of the Mangekyo Sharingan and he displayed his powers spectacularly over the course of his time in the story. Even years after his death, he is still revered as a master of this Kekkei Genkai and someone with legendary status as a shinobi.

5 Hashirama Senju's Wood Release Helped Him Fight The Ten-Tails & Madara

Hashirama was the First Hokage of Konohagakure and the man known as the God of Shinobi. He was brought back using Edo Tensei during the Fourth Great Ninja War by Orochimaru, along with the other three Hokage.

Hashirama was an incredible user of the Wood Release Kekkei Genkai and he displayed this power time and again during the war. He was able to contain the Ten-tails to quite an extent and even managed to fight against Madara Uchiha for a while, which was nothing short of impressive.

Along with Kabuto, Obito was also a perpetrator of the Fourth Great Ninja War, and just like him, he ended up joining the side of the shinobi forces during the war. Obito was responsible for the mess that he created but he used his powers to fix as much damage as he could afterward.

The Fourth Great Ninja War made Naruto Uzumaki one of the strongest shinobi in the story as he acquired the chakra of all the Tailed Beasts and half of Hagoromo's powers.

Through the Tailed Beasts, he gained access to three Kekkei Genkai and they included Shukaku's Magnet Release, Son Goku's Lava Release, and finally, Kokuo's Boil Release. All these powers made him strong enough to fight the likes of Kaguya Otsutsuki on his own.

2 Sasuke Uchiha's Mangekyo Sharingan & Rinnegan Made Him A Key Player In The War

Sasuke Naruto Shippuden

Just like Naruto, Sasuke acquired half of the Sage's power during the Fourth Great Ninja War. With this power, he was able to turn his left Mangekyo Sharingan into a Rinnegan with six tomoe.

His skill with the Sharingan, the Mangekyo Sharingan, and the Rinnegan was impeccable and has only gotten better over time. While he is definitely weaker than Naruto, his control over the Kekkei Genkai abilities is certainly better.

Kakashi Hatake Six Paths

Kakashi had access to Obito's Sharingan, which had eventually evolved into a Mangekyo Sharingan. After Obito's death, Kakashi temporarily gained access to his Six Paths chakra and had dual Mangekyo Sharingan with the full power of Kamui.

Using this power, he was essentially unstoppable and had enough power to even wound Kaguya Otsutsuki in battle. Although only for a short period of time, he was the best Kekkei Genkai user on the side of the shinobi forces.
