Six Paths Sage Mode was one of the strongest abilities Naruto Uzumaki gained access to during the Fourth Great Ninja War. This was thanks to the chakra of the Tailed Beasts and Six Paths powers bestowed to him by Hagoromo Otsutsuki, the titular Sage of Six Paths.
This form granted him immense powers, the ability to sense emotions, and gives a complete understanding of all things in existence. As such, only a handful of powers in Naruto can be called as good as Six Paths Sage Mode—and even fewer can be called better. Here are five powers stronger than Six Paths Sage Mode and five that are weaker.
10 Stronger: Rinnegan - It Grants The User Abilitie Similar To Six Paths Sage Mode
The Rinnegan is one of the strongest dojutsu in the Naruto world, if not the strongest. Several characters have wielded it over time, with each of them being mind-blowingly overpowered.
Rinnegan grants six different powers that allow the user to control powers like gravitation, and it also grants powers unique to the user, such as Sasuke's space-time jutsu and Madara's Limbo: Hengoku.
9 Weaker: Byakugan - It Grants Tremendous Vision, But Is Nothing Special Compared To Six Paths Sage Mode
The Byakugan is the Kekkei Genkai of the Hyuga clan, and their signature dojutsu allows them to see through nearly everything, along with granting near-360° vision to the user. Neji was an expert in using the Byakugan, and the abilities it grants the user vary in how they decide to utilize it.
The Byakugan is powerful and is also wielded by most Otsutsuki members, however, it isn't comparable to the Rinnegan. However, it is useful for ninja who may be on covet missions and even hitting a target from far away.
8 Stronger: Karma - It Gives The User The Abilities Of An Otsutsuki Clan Member
Karma is the seal of an Otsutsuki clan member that they can inscribe onto another human, essentially making them a vessel to reincarnate into if they die.
The longevity of the host depends on their power and capabilities. If the Otsutsuki who gives the Karma is powerful enough, then this would make the vessel a tremendous fighter.
7 Weaker: Mangekyo Sharingan - Its Powers Are Limited Compared To Six Paths Sage Mode
The Mangekyo Sharingan is the evolved form of the Sharingan. This dojutsu is quite powerful and allows the user to do everything the Sharingan enables the user to do.
However, the abilities of the Mangekyo Sharingan are limited and place a great strain on the eyes of the user, eventually leading to blindness.
6 Stronger: Baryon Mode - It Gives Naruto Way More Chakra To Be Comparable To Anything Other Mode
Baryon Mode was the strongest form of Naruto Uzumaki when he was the jinchuriki of Kurama, the Nine-Tails. This form of his used both Naruto and Kurama's chakra as raw materials and used them to give rise to a new and stronger chakra.
In this form, Naruto could overwhelm even Isshiki Otsutsuki, however, the price to pay was a hefty one.
5 Weaker: Magnet Release - It Gives Magnetic Properties To The User's Chakra, But Is Lacking
Used mostly by the Sunagakure shinobi, Magnet Release is a powerful Kekkei Genkai that allows the user's chakra to gain magnetic properties. Using this Jutsu, the Third Kazekage could control Iron Sand while the likes of Naruto could use it together with his Rasengan as a Sealing Jutsu.
Although the Magnet Release is strong, it is by far one of the most underwhelming powers when compared to Six Paths Sage Mode.
4 Stronger: Ten-Tails Power - It Grants Six Paths Powers Potentially Stronger Than Six Paths Sage Mode
Out of all the powers in the Naruto series, becoming the Jinchūriki of the Ten-Tails is one of the most impressive ones. So far, three Ten-Tails Jinchūriki have been seen in the story in Hagoromo Otsutsuki, Obito Uchiha, and finally Madara Uchiha.
Becoming the Jinchūriki of the Ten-Tails grants a tremendous power boost and puts the user close to the level of the Otsutsuki. Madara Uchiha was even able to fight Naruto Uzumaki in his Six Paths Sage Mode without much trouble.
3 Weaker: Wood Release - It Can Restrain Tailed Beast Powers, But Is Far From The Godly Levels Of Six Paths Sage Mode
Wood Release is one of the most powerful Kekkei Genkai in the Naruto world and it allows the user to manipulate wood and even turn the terrain into a forest at will. Its biggest power, however, is the ability to restrain Tailed Beasts.
While strong, Wood Release isn't powerful enough to compete with Six Paths Sage Mode, which holds enough power to compete with the Ten-Tails Jinchūriki and even the Otsutsuki characters.
2 Stronger: Chakra Fruit Power - It Makes One A Godly Being And Is One Of The Greatest Power-Ups
The Otsutsuki clan members go from planet to planet and consume all the life thereby growing a God Tree there, which eventually bears a Chakra Fruit.
When done enough times, the Otsutsukis become too strong for anyone to fight against and thus become literal Gods. With this power, Kaguya became a threat that even Naruto needed a lot of help to seal away despite having Six Paths Sage Mode.
1 Weaker: Ice Release - It Is One Of The Weakest Kekkei Genkai In Comparison To Six Paths Sage Mode
Ice Release is an ability that the members of the Yuki clan can utilize, among other people. It allows the user to create Ice using Wind and Water style chakra nature.
Although Ice Release is a decent power, it is quite easily one of the weakest Kekkei Genkai to ever get introduced in the story. As such, it pales in comparison to Six Paths Sage Mode.
