Minato "Yellow Flash" Namizakage was the fourth Hokage of Konoha. He is the biological father of Naruto, grandfather of Boruto, and an all-time badass. Minato is one of the strongest Ninja to be introduced in the series. He was largely famous for his unrivaled speed. In fact, he was so fast that he was dubbed as Konoha's Yellow Flash, a very cool nickname, but it sounds even better in Japanese, "Konoha no Kiiroi Senkō."

10 Rasengan By Copycatcosplay
Starting off strong with a Rasengan! This cosplayer chose a Rasengan for his piece, and in all honesty, he nailed it. Rasengan is, of course, Minato’s original creation. He created the Jutsu and perfected it with everyone’s favorite sage, Jiraiya. The Jutsu was later on passed to Naruto, and, finally, Boruto.
But as flexible of a jutsu that it is, Rasengan underwent several mutations and evolutions throughout its journey. Its strongest form is definitely incomparable to the original jutsu.

Kunai knives are Minato’s signature weapons. Big props for this cosplayer for accurately representing that. Kunai knives are cool, and we all agree to that. But they are even cooler when used by Minato. Minato has a variety of uses for kunai knives. From the most obvious application, fighting, all the way to marking teleportation checkpoints.
He usually carried many of these knives with him just in case things got dangerous.
8 Like Father Like Son By Whatashino
Though being unaware of his father’s identity for almost 16 years, Naruto has still forged a solid relationship with him. Their brief encounters were always heartwarming. Every dedicated Naruto fan craved more father-son moments starring this father-son duo.
These cosplayers are obviously aware of the fans’ demands and delivered as such, and for that, we give them a big thumbs up. The only person that this piece could be missing is Boruto.
7 Sleepy Minato By Monkeyshizz
The Naruto in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations made us realize that a Hokage’s job is 3% action and kick-ass fighting scenes, while the other 97% is loads of paperwork. Sometimes, taking a good, long nap in a grassy plain is just the right thing to do.
The Minato that we all know most likely wouldn’t slack. And this cosplayer gave Minato something that he lacked, a rest.
6 Minato And Tobirama By Atmcosplay
These two awesome cosplayers showcase two fan-favorite Hokages: Minato and Tobirama Senju. Tobirama is Minato’s predecessor and the inventor of Minato’s signature jutsu, Flying Thunder God Technique.
While it is true that Tobirama was the jutsu’s creator, Minato adopted the jutsu and managed to perfect it even further. These two amazing Hokages only met once during the series’ entire 500+ episodes run, so seeing them together once again brings back memories.

Team Minato comprised of Kakashi Hatake, the child genius who later ascended to the Hokage's seat, Obito Uchiha, a previously optimistic teenager who lost himself to his dark side, and Rin Nohara, a tragic victim of inter-village schemes.
This group cosplay flawlessly resembles the first picture taken of Team Minato. Background-wise, each individual in team Minato has their own heartwrenching background. This picture would do just well in a "try not to cry" challenge.
4 Minato Vs. Kurama By Pazoz_214
This cosplay captures what could be considered as Minato’s last moments. This particular moment is one of the saddest moments in the entire series and possibly anime as a whole media.
With the help of photo editing, the cosplayer succeeded in recreating an iconic scene, to which he is fully deserving a round of applause. Not trying to be nitpicky, but if Kushina was somewhere in the picture, it would’ve been even more perfect.
3 Minato X Kushina By Chey
Minato and Kushina were the sweetest, yet most tragic couple in the series. They fell in love fairly young, grew up into fine ninjas together, and just when they were on the brick of fulfilling their dream of establishing a family, disaster struck.
This cosplaying couple obviously shares the same sentiments as us. The amazing background in addition to the artistically used sun blurs boosts the emotional value of this picture.
2 Konoha’s Yellow Flash By Copycatcosplay
The Flying Thunder God Technique is one of the most overpowered techniques in the series. It’s a forbidden technique that could cause serious repercussions if trained irresponsibly.
Throughout the series’s run, we have only seen two characters who truly mastered this jutsu. This cosplayer, through wonderful editing, showed us what a real-life version of that jutsu would like.
