Karin is a fiery redhead, a signature feature of members of the Uzumaki Clan. When she was a child, to escape the destruction of war, Karin and her mother sought refuge in Kusagakure. After Karin's mother died and her village burned own, Karin was discovered by Orochimaru.
Orochimaru studied Karin's healing abilities and eventually put her in charge of his Southern Hideout. Karin is a very smart and capable kunoichi, but she never pairs up with anyone. There are many characters throughout the series who would make a perfect match for Karin, should she decide she wants to settle down.
8 Itachi Would Always Be Loyal To Karin
After murdering the entire Uchiha Clan, Itachi is labeled a criminal and flees the Leaf Village. However, in reality, Itachi committed the horrendous act because of his loyalty to the Leaf Village. It is that loyalty that would make him a great partner.
At heart, Itachi is a kind person who is opposed to fighting and seeks a quick resolution. Even if he and Karin were to fight, he would never let it linger. Once committed, he would remain loyal to her and would protect her.

Kabuto becomes an orphan after his village is destroyed in a battle. His childhood is similar to Karin's because her village is also destroyed and she becomes an orphan after her mother dies providing aid to shinobi.
Also like Karin, Kabuto is taken in by Orochimaru and assists him with his experiments. Both Karin and Kabuto are very intelligent. They can conduct research together, and Karin can provide Kabuto with new glasses when he needs them. They also make a great team when it comes to medical-nin.
6 Ino & Karin Could Combine Their Sensory Abilities
Karin possesses a unique sensory ability known as the Mind's Eye of the Kagura. With this ability, she is able to distinguish a target's chakra signature, even determine its species at a great distance.
While other sensory users like Ino must mold a person's chakra before being able to detect it, Karin can do it effortlessly. Karin and Ino can combine their sensory abilities to help protect the village and locate targets before they become a threat.
5 Shikamaru Is Used To Strong Women
Being raised by a strong and outspoken mother, and being on a team with Ino, Shikamaru is familiar with powerful women. Because of his upbringing and his laid-back attitude, Shikamaru would balance out Karin's more dominant personality traits.
Shikamaru is also obviously attracted to strong women because of his relationship with Temari. If things between him and Temari had not worked out, Karin could've been the confident woman for Shikamaru.
4 Karin Could Help Jugo With His Rage
Jugo is someone Karin meets as part of Sasuke's Taka initiative to hunt down Itachi. Jugo is known to have fits of rage where he becomes extremely violent. At heart, Jugo is a very gentle person who loves animals and even has the ability to communicate with them.
It's because of Jugo's gentle nature that he seeks help from Orochimaru to control his outbursts. As a member of the Uzumaki Clan, Karin possesses the ability to use chakra chains to subdue an individual, so she could provide comfort to Jugo and act as his cage.
3 Suigetsu Loves To Push Karin's Buttons
Suigetsu and Karin meet after he escapes from one of Orochimaru's hideouts. When Sasuke forms Hebi, Karin and Suigetsu have to work alongside one another. Most of the time the two are seen bickering, and Suigetsu loves to tease Karin about her feelings for Sasuke.
Even though Karin pretty much told Suigetsu he disgusts her, it seems that over time she has softened to him. Her temper has calmed down a bit, but he still loves to push her buttons. Both Sakura and Karin have a lot in common. Not only do they both harbor deep feelings for Sasuke, but they also possess traits that make them a great medical ninja team. Karin has the unique ability to replenish someone's chakra if they bite her, and Sakura studies medical ninjutsu and chakra control under Tsunade.
Because of her studies, Sakura has an incredible chakra reserve, which naturally draws Karin in, as she is attracted to a person's chakra. Together they can heal wounded shinobi and replenish the injured's chakra.
1 Karin Is Drawn To Sasuke's Chakra
Sasuke and Karin meet when she is a genin. Karin participates in the Chunin Exams along with genin from other villages. When Karin is attacked by a bear, Sasuke comes along and saves her, leaving quite the impression on Karin.
Part of her attraction to Sasuke also comes from his overwhelming chakra. Because of her abilities, she is drawn to people with strong chakra, and even when Sasuke's chakra grows darker, she still finds herself drawn to him.
