Hashirama Senju was the leader of his clan before the formation of Konohagakure and the man who became the First Hokage of his village. He was known to be the strongest shinobi of his time in Naruto and his power was held in legendary regard by everyone.
With the power of the Wood Release Kekkei Genkai and Sage Mode, Hashirama was nearly invincible in combat and even the likes of Madara Uchiha couldn't take him down back then. He earned himself the title of God of Shinobi, but he certainly isn't the strongest to ever live.
10 HASHIRAMA COULD BEAT: Minato Namikaze Even With Access To Half Of Kurama
Minato Namikaze was Konoha's Fourth Hokage in Naruto and one of the strongest shinobi in the series to ever live. Although he died quite early, he was reanimated in the Fourth Great Ninja War, where he showed off all of his powers and even gained access to half of Kurama.
Despite all that, his power pales in comparison to Hashirama Senju, who could take on Madara Uchiha and the full Kurama on his own in battle and emerge out of it alive.
9 COULD BEAT HIM: Madara Uchiha With Help From The Ten-Tails
Back during their era, Hashirama Senju was slightly more powerful than Madara Uchiha, however, after acquiring the Rinnegan, things starting to tilt in Madara's favor.
During the Fourth Great Ninja War, Madara Uchiha was able to become the Jinchuriki of the Ten-tails, putting him head and shoulders over Hashirama's level. His power was great enough to take on the entire shinobi alliance by himself and even someone as strong as Hashirama stood no chance.
8 HASHIRAMA COULD BEAT: Hiruzen Sarutobi Who Was His Student
The Third Hokage of Konohagakure, Hiruzen Sarutobi was a student of Hashirama Senju himself. He was known to have been the strongest of all Hokage in his prime days, however, his prime days have never been revealed in the story thus far.
Going off of what fans saw from Hiruzen in Naruto, Hashirama Senju wouldn't have much trouble dealing with him in battle. It goes without saying that it'll be an incredible battle nonetheless.

Sasuke is among the strongest characters in the Naruto world and the strongest human alongside Naruto Uzumaki right now. He's incredibly powerful, especially after mastering the powers of his Rinnegan to the fullest.
Sasuke has gained enough power to fight against the Otsutsuki clan members without much trouble and Hashirama's power pales in comparison to him by quite a lot.

Tsunade is the Fifth Hokage of Konohagakure and one of the strongest Kunoichi to have ever lived. She is a master of medical ninjutsu and her Byakugou powers make her a force to be reckoned with.
Despite that, everything Tsunade does, Hashirama does better. He could heal just like her and had more strength and stamina than her. With the Wood Release and Sage Mode on top, Hashirama was in a league of his own when compared to his granddaughter.

Naruto Uzumaki is one of the strongest characters in the world of Naruto to date. During the Fourth Great Ninja War, he gained the power of Six Paths Sage Mode, which allowed him to fight the likes of Six Paths Madara and even Kaguya Otsutsuki without much trouble at all.
Furthermore, he has Baryon Mode up his sleeve as well and this ability makes him powerful enough to overwhelm even Isshiki Otsutsuki in battle. For Naruto, defeating Hashirama Senju is a piece of cake.
4 HASHIRAMA COULD BEAT: Tobirama Senju, His Brother & The Second Hokage
The inventor of countless Jutsu, Tobirama Senju is one of the great Hokage of Konohagakure and he took on this role after the death of his brother. Tobirama was a user of all five nature transformations and he was the fastest shinobi of his era.
His skills with the Forbidden Jutsu also made him threatening, however, he was still weaker than his brother, something that he openly acknowledged during the Fourth Great Ninja War and before that as well.
3 COULD BEAT HIM: Might Guy With His Mastery Of Taijutsu
One of the most powerful shinobi of his time, Might Guy is a taijutsu master who achieved legendary status during the Fourth Great Ninja War, where he fought Madara Uchiha and earned his respect.
Guy, at full power, could easily take on Hashirama Senju in battle and defeat him, however, this victory would come at the price of his own life unless someone like Naruto Uzumaki is there to save him.
2 HASHIRAMA COULD BEAT: Pain, One Of The Most Powerful Antagonists
Pain is one of the most powerful antagonists to appear in the Naruto series. He was in possession of the Rinnegan using which he could access the Six Paths of Pain. His strength was great enough to kill Jiraiya with ease and even push Sage Mode Naruto to his limits.
Strong as he was, Hashirama had dealt with much stronger opponents, like Madara Uchiha, and emerged victorious. Pain is hardly a challenge for him.

Kaguya Otsutsuki is an alien that came from another planet to feed on the chakra of the earth. Being an Otsutsuki, Kaguya is monstrously powerful and she held enough power to take on both Naruto and Sasuke at once in combat.
For her, dealing with Hashirama Senju wouldn't be too difficult as he was much weaker than Six Paths Madara, who himself was confirmed to be weaker than Kaguya Otsutsuki by Naruto Uzumaki.
