Baryon Mode is the latest power of Naruto Uzumaki that he used in his fight against Isshiki Otsutsuki in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. This power uses all of Naruto and Kurama's chakra as raw materials and gives him access to greater energy, making him extremely powerful in the process.
Baryon Mode is incredibly powerful and it even lets him overwhelm Isshiki Otsutsuki, the strongest known Naruto character in battle. However, Naruto is certainly not unbeatable in this form and there are characters who could deal with this power of his effectively.
10 Could Defeat: Hagoromo Otsutsuki
Hagoromo Otsutsuki is one of the strongest known characters in the world of Naruto, if not the strongest. Also known as the Sage of Six Paths, Hagoromo was able to fight Kaguya for months without even tiring and he did all this years before he even got access to the Ten-tails.
Hagoromo can also use the Yin-Yang Release to create something out of nothing and his power is just way too grand for Naruto to beat easily.
9 Would Fail: Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuke Uchiha is the Other Hokage of Konohagakure and one of the strongest humans alive. He was the closest human to Naruto Uzumaki until recently, however, with the Baryon Mode, Naruto has once again pulled ahead.
Sasuke struggled quite a lot in his fight against Isshiki while Naruto was able to take the upper hand in the battle. The difference in power between the two characters is way too massive.
8 Could Defeat: Kaguya Otsutsuki
Kaguya Otsutsuki is, arguably, the strongest known character in the entire history of Naruto. While she was inferior to Isshiki when they arrived on earth, Kaguya went on to consume the Chakra Fruit of the God Tree, making her stronger than ever.
She possesses tremendous chakra and can also transport people to different dimensions. She is one of the very few people capable of beating Baryon Mode Naruto.
7 Would Fail: Momoshiki Otsutsuki
Momoshiki Otsutsuki was the main antagonist of the Chunin Exams arc of Boruto and like Isshiki, he is quite powerful. However, the power gap between Isshiki and Momoshiki is too big.
While Naruto was able to keep up with and even overwhelm Momoshiki in his Six Paths Sage Mode, the same wasn't possible with Isshiki. Being much weaker, Momoshiki wouldn't last long against Naruto.
6 Could Defeat: Isshiki Otsutsuki
Isshiki Otsutsuki is possibly the strongest character that Naruto has fought to date, and thanks to the latter's Baryon Mode, he was able to overwhelm him in battle. However, it is important to keep in mind that Isshiki only had a lifespan of 3 days at that point.
Naruto's method to defeat him was to drain his life before his own dies out, however, with his actual lifespan, Isshiki can certainly outlast Naruto in a fight, even if he gets overwhelmed.
5 Would Fail: Kinshiki Otsutsuki
Kinshiki Otsutsuki was introduced in Boruto alongside Momoshiki. He was his guardian and was destined to die for his sake. Kinshiki was much weaker than Momoshiki Otsutsuki in battle and what's more, he was stopped by the Kage and Sasuke Uchiha quite easily.
Naruto would likely not even need his Baryon Mode to deal with him and using that form, he would certainly make quick work of him.
4 Could Defeat: Otsutsuki Leader
As confirmed in the last few Boruto chapters, the members of the Otsutsuki clan exist on some planet and there is a hierarchical structure to it, meaning someone sits at the top of it all, or there are stronger than the ones that we've seen so far.
It is highly likely that the future Otsutsuki clan members will be incredibly powerful and capable of taking on the likes of Naruto Uzumaki in his Baryon Mode. For now, however, they have only been teased.
3 Would Fail: Urashiki Otsutsuki
Urashiki is an anime-only Otsutsuki who played the role of a major antagonist during the Time Slip arc of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. He had the power of the Byakugan and even the Rinnegan at his disposal, however, he certainly wasn't all that powerful.
Urashiki has nothing in the bag to take on Naruto Uzumaki in battle or even hurt him. Naruto, being able to keep up with and stop Isshiki's Sukunahikona and Daikokuten based attacks, can deal with everything he throws his way.
2 Could Defeat: Adult Boruto
Boruto Uzumaki is the protagonist of the Boruto: Naruto Next Generations series and thus is bound for greatness. He's had the Karma of Momoshiki Otsutsuki and in the future, he'll gain access to all his powers.
He also has the powers of the Jougan, which makes him even more dangerous. Boruto is strong enough to go head-to-head with Isshiki's vessel, Kawaki, meaning at full potential, he should be strong enough to take on Naruto Uzumaki in battle too.
1 Would Fail: Madara Uchiha
Madara Uchiha is a legendary character from Naruto who was revived during the Fourth Great Ninja War. With the powers of the Rinnegan and the Ten-tails, Madara Uchiha was at his strongest and could take on young Naruto and Sasuke together in battle.
However, despite all that he was capable of, Madara was openly stated to be much weaker than Kaguya Otsutsuki. He doesn't stand a chance against Naruto Uzumaki in his Baryon Mode.
