One Piece is set in a world filled with pirates who dream of conquering the Grand Line, and many of these pirates possess some kind of Devil Fruit power and/or Haki. Over the past two decades, fans have been introduced to dozens of pirate captains, but there are four captains in particular who rule large portions of the New World section of the Grand Line, and these all-powerful pirates are known as the Four Emperors.
Whitebeard was once an Emperor, but since his death, the group now consists of Big Mom, Kaido, Shanks, and Blackbeard. These individuals are all feared because of their overwhelming strength, and three of them possess four of the strongest Devil Fruits in the series. They also all possess immensely powerful Haki. If these Emperors were to find themselves in the Naruto universe, very few ninja would be able to stop them, but a few are strong enough and skilled enough to actually beat them all.
10 Itachi's Susanoo Offers The Perfect Offense & Defense
Itachi may have been a pacifist, but he is a ninja with a lot of blood on his hands. Thanks to his Mangekyō Sharingan, Itachi would be able to trap all four Emperors in a powerful genjutsu that could potentially leave them comatose. Or he could use Amaterasu to burn them all out of existence.
Even if the Emperors could withstand these abilities, they would never be able to deal with Itachi's Susanoo, which comes with a mystical shield that can block any attack, and a legendary sword that permanently seals anything it pierces within a drunken dream world.
9 Kisame Can Drown Them All With His Water Style
Kisame possesses massive chakra reserves, and he happens to be a master swordsman who wielded the mighty Samehada. Unlike other swords, Samehada is a sentient being that forms a symbiotic relationship with its owner, which is why Kisame was able to fuse with it to become a shark-man hybrid.
While in this form, Kisame can use the Water Prison Shark Dance Jutsu to create a giant dome of water. Three of the Four Emperors are Devil Fruit users, which means that they would simply drown without putting up a fight. Shanks is an ordinary human, and even if he was able to hold his breath for the entire fight, he wouldn't be able to keep up with Kisame's enhanced speed.
8 Obito's Kamui Would Be Very Effective
Several justu are extremely similar to other anime abilities, including Obito's Kamui. This rare ability can only be used by someone who has unlocked the Mangekyō Sharingan, and it allows the user to transfer living and non-living objects to another dimension.
Even with their Devil Fruit powers and Haki, none of the Emperor's attacks would ever be able to harm Obito because he can just use Kamui on himself to make their attacks phase through his body. Kakashi also proved that Kamui can be used to remove body parts, so Obito should be able to use the same technique to remove each of their heads.
7 Deidara's C4 Would Disintegrate Their Bodies
Several justu would be completely useless in real life, but Deidara's explosive clay is not one of them. Thanks to his Explosion Release, Deidara's chakra gains explosive properties, and he infuses this chakra into clay figures that he molds in the mouths in his palms.
These explosions would probably not get through Kaido's skin, and Shanks, Blackbeard, and Big Mom could withstand the blasts with their Armament Haki. If Deidara were to use his C4 Garuda though, even Blackbeard's logia powers wouldn't save him, and that is because the massive clay creation would explode into microscopic bombs that are meant to enter the body. If these bombs are detonated, they would disintegrate the Emperors' bodies at the cellular level.
6 Dan's Spirit Transformation Technique Is Virtually Unstoppable
The Fourth Great Ninja War saw a lot of powerful shinobi get resurrected, including Dan Katō. Most fans know Dan as the man Tsunade fell in love with, but he was actually a very skilled ninja who could use a very powerful jutsu.
Dan can use the Spirit Transformation Jutsu, which allows him to become a living spirit that can attack and possess another person. When the person is possessed, their spirit gets suppressed until it collapses, and when that happens, they die. Only Big Mom might be able to stop Dan's spirit form because of her Soul-Soul Fruit, but that would only work if Dan is afraid of her.
5 Shikamaru Can Theoretically Stop Them All With His Shadow Possession
Shikamaru is by no means the strongest character in the series, but he proved that intelligence can beat power in the Naruto universe. His clan possesses a secret jutsu that allows him to manipulate shadows, and if he attaches his shadow to another person's, he can control their movements.
If he used his Shadow Possession Jutsu on the Four Emperors, he can force Big Mom, Kaido, and Blackbeard to place Seastone handcuffs on their wrists, which would completely nullify their Devil Fruit powers. If Shanks doesn't have a Devil Fruit to nullify, Shikamaru can knock him out with his Shadow–Neck Binding Technique.
4 Shisui Can Completely Alter Their Minds With His Kotoamatsukami
Shisui Uchiha was considered a prodigy just like Itachi, but his Mangekyō Sharingan allowed him to use an extremely powerful genjutsu called Kotoamatsukami. This jutsu allowed Shisui to manipulate people's minds to the point that they believed any action they were taking was their own.
If he faced off against all Four Emperors, he could use Kotoamatsukami to have them "willingly" turn themselves in to the Marines. He could also make them all fight each other to the death, and if one of them came out alive, they would simply walk into the sea.
3 Guy Can Take Them All On If He Unlocks All 8 Gates
Might Guy is one of several parental figures who managed to raise great shinobi, and when he opens all Eight Inner Gates, he becomes one of the fastest ninja in all of Naruto. Opening these Gates allows Guy to achieve unfathomable strength and speed, to the point that he almost killed another ninja who had attained true God-tier strength and regeneration.
The Four Emperors may all have Observation Haki, but Guy's speed counters it, and their Armament and Conqueror's Haki would not be able to withstand a barrage of his superhuman punches and kicks. Blackbeard's Devil Fruit might be a Logia, but his body is still physical, so he would get blasted by these enhanced melee attacks too.
2 Pain's Rinnegan Possesses A Lot Of Useful Abilities
Pain is arguably Naruto's best villain, and he certainly had the power to back it up. Thanks to the Rinnegan, Pain was able to use a variety of different abilities, and if he were to face the Emperor, he would be able to use the Animal path to distract them with summoned creatures while the Asura Path bombards them with literal missiles.
The Deva Path allows Pain to manipulate repulsive and attractive forces, which cancels out the gravitational aspect of Blackbeard's Dark-Dark Fruit. If the Human Path was able to place its hand on their heads, it would be able to kill them by ripping out their souls, and if any of the other Paths get injured, the Naraka Path could heal them. The Deva path could also just seal them all away inside a Chibaku Tensei.
1 Ōnoki Can Vaporize Them All With His Dust Release
The 3rd Tsuchikage may be old, but he was still incredibly powerful, and he is the only one of the Five Kage who would be able to take out all Four Emperors at once with a single attack. It is true that all Four Emperors are extremely strong and durable thanks to their Devil Fruits and Haki, but neither of those things would matter to Ōnoki's Dust Release.
Dust Release is an extremely rare nature transformation that allows the user to create a three-dimensional object, and if Ōnoki fires one of these objects at them, it will travel incredibly fast and expand. If all Four Emperors are within the expanded area, their bodies disintegrate within seconds.
