The Ten Tails is the strongest of all the known Tailed Beasts in the world of Naruto, and it comprises all nine of the other Tailed Beasts. It was born after Kaguya Otsutsuki fused with the God Tree to fight her children.
Being a godly entity, the Ten Tails is extremely powerful and few characters are as strong as it in terms of power. Here are 10 Naruto characters who are on the same level as this godly Tailed Beast.

The story of the Ten Tails is a compelling one, and it is at the heart of the Naruto saga. With that in mind, as well as the expanding world of Naruto, we have decided to expand on this list with another five shinobi who are on the same level of power as the Ten Tails.
15 Hashirama Senju, The First Hokage & Founder Of Konohagakure
Hashirama Senju was the First Hokage and one of the founders of Konohagakure, the Village Hidden in the Leaves. He is one of the most powerful shinobi who ever lived and famously defeated Madara Uchiha at the Valley of the End. However, it was later shown that Hashirama isn't quite at the same level as Madara when they were revived through the Edo Tensei.
That said, the First Hokage is still at the caliber of the Ten Tails. His ability to access the Sage Mode and his powerful Wood Release Jutsus make Hashirama one of the most capable shinobi to have ever lived.
14 Pain/Nagato Uzumaki, Bearer Of The Rinnegan
Nagato Uzumaki was one of the founders of the Akatsuki and led the organization for a long time, even as Obito and Madara infiltrated the team. Nagato was able to use his Rinnegan to control six bodies, known as the Six Paths of Pain. With these bodies, he was able to kill Jiraiya and destroy Konoha.
Pain was able to use the Planetary Devastation and Almighty Push techniques to great effect, and he was able to push Naruto in Sage Mode to his absolute limits. It ultimately took the Kyuubi chakra and a final gift from the Fourth Hokage for Naruto to finally conquer Pain
13 Minato Namikaze, The Fourth Hokage & Yellow Flash
Minato Namikaze was the Fourth Hokage of Konoha and the father of Naruto Uzumaki. He was known as the Yellow Flash of the Leaf due to his teleportation ability and lightning-fast speed. He took on Kurama, the Nine-Tailed Fox, and sealed him away in Naruto as a baby.
Minato was the creator of the Rasengan and modified it in several powerful ways in his day. He was also able to access the Sage Mode and could almost certainly put up an impressive fight for the Ten Tails.
12 Itachi Uchiha, The Dark Horse Of The Uchiha Clan
Itachi Uchiha is the elder brother of Sasuke Uchiha, and he was the Anbu shinobi who wiped out the Uchiha Clan on the eve of their coup against Konohagakure. Itachi had access to the Mangekyo Sharingan and was one of the most powerful shinobi of his time.
Itachi was a master of Genjutsu, able to easily toy with the minds of his enemies through the Tsukuyomi technique. He also used the powerful Amaterasu Ninjutsu, could move at a lightning-fast speed, and also mastered the powerful Susano'o technique. Itachi could easily take on the Ten Tails and give it the fight of its life.
11 Kakashi Hatake (Dual Mangekyo Sharingan), The Ultimate Copy Ninja
During the height of the Fourth Great Shinobi War, Obito Uchiha granted Kakashi Hatake a second Mangekyo Sharingan Eye, which allowed Kakashi to access wells of chakra and power that he previously couldn't. For a brief time, Kakashi was at the same level of power as Naruto and Sasuke.
Kakashi could form a complete Susano'o and mastered Space-Time Ninjutsu. His other Jutsu techniques were launched to a whole new level, and he could easily take on the Ten Tails if need be.
10 Obito Uchiha, The Ten Tails Jinchuuriki & Pawn Of Madara
Obito Uchiha was one of the strongest known Uchiha Clan members to ever live and during the Fourth Great Ninja War, he managed to achieve the powers of the Ten Tails.
Becoming the first Ten-tails Jinchūriki since Hagoromo Otsutsuki, Obito gained powers greater than that of the beast itself. He became strong enough to take on and defeat the entire shinobi alliance by himself.
9 Might Guy, The Pinnacle Of Taijutsu Power
Might Guy was one of the strongest known shinobi that Konohagakure ever produced. Renowned as a master of Taijutsu, Guy was powerful enough to match Madara Uchiha in combat in spite of the latter being a perfect Ten Tails Jinchūriki. Much of this was down to his usage of the Eight Inner Gates, which gave him powers several times greater than that of the Five Kage combined.
Undoubtedly, Guy was as strong as the Ten Tails itself and stronger than the incomplete Ten Tails Jinchūriki in Obito Uchiha.
8 Madara Uchiha, The Most Infamous Member Of The Uchiha Clan
Easily one of the strongest characters in Naruto, Madara Uchiha was already a monster back during the Warring States Period. After being revived during the Fourth Great Ninja War, he got several times stronger by becoming the Ten Tails Jinchūriki.
Madara's strength as a Jinchūriki surpassed that of Obito Uchiha by a mile. He could even survive Might Guy's lethal barrage of attacks. Upon gaining more powers, Madara could even take on both Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha at the same time.
7 Sasuke Uchiha, The Other Seventh Hokage
Sasuke Uchiha is one of the strongest known shinobi in Naruto right now, with Naruto Uzumaki being his only equal. He gained half of the Sage of Six Paths' powers during the Fourth Great Ninja War which also put him around the level of Madara Uchiha himself.
Over the years, Sasuke Uchiha has grown several times stronger and gained enough power to fight and match the likes of Momoshiki Otsutsuki in combat. Without a doubt, he's much stronger than the Ten Tails.
6 Naruto Uzumaki, The Seventh Hokage And Ultimate Shinobi
As previously mentioned, Naruto Uzumaki is one of the strongest shinobi alive in the series right now and only a few characters alive can match him in combat. Like Sasuke, Naruto was gifted with Six Paths Powers from the Sage of Six Paths himself, making him one of the strongest people out there.
He also gained the chakra of all nine of the Tailed Beasts, making him a pseudo-Ten Tails Jinchūriki. Even though Naruto is already stronger than the Ten Tails, his strength continues to grow even today.
5 Indra Otsutsuki, The Elder Son Of Hagoromo & First Uchiha
Another character gifted with tremendous ability, Indra Otsutsuki was Hagoromo's elder son and the founder of the Uchiha Clan. He was an incredibly powerful character whose skills led him to be known as a genius in terms of combat.
Indra was almost as strong as his brother, Asura, and this came down to him inheriting the powers of his father, the Sage of Six Paths. Although Indra eventually lost to Asura, he remains to be someone powerful enough to be on the same level as the Ten Tails.
4 Asura Otsutsuki, The Younger Son Of Hagoromo
Asura was Hagoromo's younger son and the man who ultimately became his successor. Initially, Asura was weak, however, thanks to his incredible hard work and the help that he received from others, Asura went on to become stronger than Indra.
He was able to defeat his brother and protect everything for which Hagoromo stood. Asura spent the rest of his life trying to spread the word of Ninshu.
3 Hamura Otsutsuki, The Younger Son Of Kaguya Otsutsuki
Another one of the Otsutsuki clan, Hamura was Hagoromo's younger brother and Kaguya's son. Unlike Hagoromo, he possessed the powers of the Byakugan and the Tenseigan.
Being the son of a God, Hamura was born stronger than other humans and his powers were great enough to allow him to fight against his mother for months. As expected, Hamura Otsutsuki was definitely on the level of the Ten Tails.
2 Hagoromo Otsutsuki, The Sage Of The Six Paths
Also known as the Sage of Six Paths, Hagoromo Otsutsuki was quite possibly the strongest known character in the world of Naruto. Like Hamura, he was born with powers beyond any human comprehension. With the Six Paths Powers and the Rinnegan at his disposal, hardly anyone could match him in a fight.
Hagoromo fought his mother for months without tiring and succeeded in defeating her, thanks to help from Hamura. He went on to grow even stronger after becoming the first Jinchūriki of the Ten Tails after this battle.
1 Kaguya Otsutsuki, The One Sealed Inside The Tailed Beasts
Kaguya Otsutsuki is the progenitor of chakra in Naruto and is easily one of the strongest characters to ever exist.
According to Naruto and Sasuke, she was much stronger than the likes of Madara Uchiha, which puts into perspective how great her strength compared to the Ten Tails was. Kaguya was powerful enough to enslave the entire populace and destroy stars without much trouble.
