Both Dragon Ball and Naruto have their fair share of heavy hitters, these two being near the top tiers as far as villains go. Kaguya was the end boss of Naruto who, despite her lack of proper build-up, delivered in terms of how powerful she was. It took the combined might of both Sasuke and Naruto to bring her down.

Broly was the star of three separate Dragon Ball Z movies—a fourth counting Super—which is a feat no other movie character achieved, only one other appearing in multiple movies. The question is, who would win in a battle between the two?

10 Physical Strength: Broly

One look at Broly is all you need to know he'd come out on top in this department. He's one of the biggest powerhouses in all of Dragonball, a series that focuses on clubbing blows just as much as it does energy attacks. One of his strikes would be enough to level a mountain, something Kaguya would need to avoid as, for all of her power, physical strength isn't at the top of her list. She's never been a fighter that wants to get in a brawl with someone.

9 Hand to Hand Combat: Broly

Going along with the strength advantage, Broly would be able to handle Kaguya if this was a battle of straight fists. Locked in a phone booth with Broly is a recipe for disaster for anyone, even a being as strong as Kaguya. That's not to say she's any slouch in this department, she routinely managed to outclass Sasuke and Naruto up close, but their blows pale in comparison to Broly. They aren't something you block, they are something you need to avoid, and there's only so long you can do that.

8 Movement: Kaguya

They both can fly, making that a wash and likely meaning the combat would eventually go airborne at some point. What Kaguya has in her favor that Broly doesn't is the ability to traverse different dimensions.

She could open a pocket dimension to store Broly in until she could come up with a plan to deal with him, something she did to break apart Sasuke and Naruto, knowing together they could defeat her just as her sons had.

7 Speed: Tie

Broly has plenty of speed himself, Dragon Ball fighters routinely fighting beyond what the normal eye can see. Against most foes in Naruto, that would be too much to handle, but Kaguya isn't most characters. She's the closest thing the series has to a god and showed plenty of that power off in her fight. She showed the same speed Broly had when she appeared in front of Sakura and even managed to dodge Sasuke's teleport aided Chidori with only a split second to react.

6 Regeneration: Kaguya

Both characters possess the ability of regeneration that's on par with someone like Wolverine. Kaguya can heal from severed limbs with ease, as shown in her battle with Sasuke and Naruto. Broly has also managed to heal from a stab wound to the stomach as a baby, managing to come back as if nothing happened. The only difference between their power is that Kaguya is effectively an immortal who needs to be sealed rather than defeated physically.

5 Stamina: Kaguya

Under normal circumstances, Broly would likely win this as his power always seems limitless, even compared to other Saiyans. He never seemed capable of slowing down due to fatigue.

The X-factor here is Kaguya's ability to absorb chakra or energy from her foes, using Broly's reserves against him. It makes her stamina limitless, capable of outlasting an opponent if she ever had to, and in the case of someone like Broly, that's exactly what she'd need to do.

4 Chakra/Energy Attacks: Broly

Kaguya has some crazy abilities in her pocket, from Expansive Truth-seeking Ball to her All-killing Ash Bones and, of course, Infinite Tsukuyomi. They are some of the strongest abilities in all of the Naruto verse, worthy of a foe who ended up the big bad in the whole series. However, none of those abilities can compare to Broly's Double Eraser Cannon, which was said to have obliterated an entire planet. For as strong as she is, she's outclassed in this department.

3 Transformations: Broly

The one thing Broly has on Kaguya is the fact he can continue to get stronger all on his own. His Legendary Super Saiyan Form allowed him to survive lava in Second Coming. He's even managed to tank a Kamehameha from Goku and managed to fight up to five opponents at the same time with ease. Kaguya only has the Ten-tails and needs to rely on the God Tree to even achieve that form, one that she struggles to hold without a proper chakra reserve. Broly has no such restriction.

2 Experience: Broly

It can't be discounted that Kaguya managed to take over the entire world, being worshipped as a god for it. However, she's rarely ever been challenged, stifling some of her progress. When you are so high above everyone else, stagnation is bound to happen. For Broly, he comes from a race that was bound to conflict, reveling in it. As such, Broly's gained plenty of experience in the field, especially as he's tangled with the Z Warriors on multiple occasions.

1 Winner: Broly

With participants like this, it always comes down to the rules of the battle. Kaguya could push Broly to another dimension and leave him there but that doesn't necessarily count as a win. A true victory comes from standing over the body of your foe, and that's something Broly would achieve in what could be an extended battle. For as long as Kaguya could stall things, it's delaying the inevitable. Even if she managed to prolong things, Broly would keep getting stronger due to his Saiyan blood and overwhelm her with his superior power. Dragon Ball is just on another plane of power from Naruto.
