The Konoha 11 refers to the collective shinobi from Naruto's generation, which usually includes Kakashi Hatake's Team 7, Might Guy's Team Guy, Asuma's Team 10, and Kurenai Yuhi's Team 8. Although every team has a total of 3 members, the number sums up to 11 since Sasuke Uchiha never got to be a part of this group.
Defecting from the village even before its creation, Sasuke never joined up with them on any mission. Throughout Naruto, this group of shinobi has, time and again, proved to be vital to the entire village. Thanks to their strength, they've ensured Konoha's safety on various occasions. Here are all the Konoha 11 members ranked.
The only Kunoichi in Might Guy's team, Tenten excels in bukijutsu, also known as weaponry techniques. Right from the very beginning of the series, Tenten displayed immense talent of controlling weapons. By the Fourth Great Ninja War, she got to control the Treasured Tools of the Sage of Six Paths as well.
Wielding those legendary weapons, Tenten played a significant role in the war, and even after the conclusion of the war, she remains to be one of Konoha's strongest Kunoichi.
10 Ino Yamanaka
One of the members of Team 10's Ino-Shika-Cho, Ino is the daughter of Inoichi and a proud Kunoichi of the Yamanaka clan. Her forte being sensory Jutsu, Ino has developed her skills to the point where she is the best sensory ninja in the entire village, after Naruto.
In the war, she was able to connect with the entire Shinobi alliance all alone, and although she isn't strong in combat, her support is essential for the safety of her team-mates. Even today, Ino maintains a link to the barrier that surrounds Konoha at all times.
9 Inuzuka Kiba
One of the characters that got shafted by Masashi Kishimoto, Kiba is a former member of Team 8, which was led by Kurenai Yuhi. Being a member of the famous Inuzuka clan, Kiba is capable of linking with Akamaru to a great extent. In fact, all his major abilities are available to him only when he relies on his Ninja dog.
Although he did show improvement in the Fourth Great Ninja War, it certainly wasn't enough to put him on the same level as some other members of the show, which is why Kiba lies low on this list.
8 Shikamaru Nara
One of the members of the Nara Clan, Shikamaru is a shinobi with an exceptional aptitude. Thanks to his plans, the village is always a step ahead of the enemies. He served as an advisor to Konoha's Sixth and Seventh Hokage, which says a lot about his abilities.
Although he isn't strong in combat, he makes up for it using his intellect, which, more often than not, turns out to be enough to get him to win the fight. Over the years, Shikamaru has gotten considerably stronger, yet his lack of strength often means that he struggles against those who are much stronger.
7 Hinata Hyuga
Famed as the Byakugan Princess, Hinata is the daughter of Hiashi Hyuga and the former heir to the Hyuga Clan's main family. As opposed to her appearance, she is quite a deadly Kunoichi. After training with Neji, Hinata has refined her Taijutsu skills to a decent level, and in the process, she's managed to become a praiseworthy Kunoichi.
By adulthood, she's described as a master of the Gentle Fist Taijutsu style. While Hinata's skills are limited in comparison to Neji, she's still capable of holding her own against some of the strongest characters in the series.
6 Shino Aburame
Possibly one of the most underrated ninja in the series, Shino Aburame was a part of Kurenai's Team 8. Emerging as a dark horse most of the time, Shino is actually incredibly powerful, as displayed throughout the Naruto series.
His Kidaichu bugs are more than just deadly, and in a regular fight, Shino finds ways of attaching his bugs to the opponents in unimaginable ways. While he does lack physical strength, he certainly possesses great a great Hiden ability, making him a calm, yet dexterous shinobi.
5 Neji Hyuga
Described to be a once-in-a-generation prodigy, Neji belonged to the Hyuga Clan's branch family and was the son of Hizashi Hyuga. According to his uncle, Neji had become a fine shinobi even as a Genin, wielding strength that even some Jonin didn't.
With incredible training, he was able to master the Byakugan completely, even though the secret techniques weren't usually shared with the members of the branch family. Out of the Konoha 11, Neji was the first ninja to be promoted to the rank of a Jonin, signifying the worth of his intellect and skill in the series.
4 Akimichi Choji
Choji is the son of Choza and one of the members of Asuma's Team 10. Being a part of the infamous Ino-Shika-Cho trio, Choji is, without a doubt, the strongest among the three. Using his butterfly mode, Choji became strong enough to take on the Husk of the Ten-Tails all alone, showing how impressive he had become over the years.
Even though most of the members of the Akimichi clan had to rely on Chakra Pills to use this power, Choji managed to muster it on his own, earning him the right to succeed Choza as the next leader of the Akimichi clan.
3 Rock Lee
Might Guy's apprentice, Rock Lee is a Taijutsu master who has mastered the art of the Strong Fist. While initially talentless, Lee managed to draw level with the likes of Sasuke and Neji through sheer hard work. By learning the ability to open the gates, Lee's strength was multiplied several times to the point where he could even fight Kage level shinobi in Naruto Shippuden.
By the end of the series, Lee could open up to six of the eight gates, making him a deadly shinobi in his own right. Although he didn't feature in the later parts of the story, he remains to be one of the strongest characters present in it.
2 Sakura Haruno
The student of one of the Legendary Sannin, Sakura Haruno is, without a doubt, one of Konoha's most impressive ninjas. While she may not be a likable character, the fact that she possesses tremendous fighting capabilities is undisputable.
By the end of the Fourth Great Ninja War, Sakura had surpassed Tsunade Senju as a Kunoichi and a medical ninja. Using her monstrous strength, Sakura can cause large-scale damage to any opponent that she faces. She may not be as strong as Naruto or Sasuke, but she's certainly right behind them.
1 Naruto Uzumaki
Unsurprisingly, Naruto Uzumaki is the strongest ninja out of all the Konoha 11. Initially starting as one of the weakest, the effort that Naruto has put into training throughout the series is mind-boggling. Using his sheer willpower, he has managed to topple some of the fiercest of foes, such as Pain, or Obito.
Naruto even managed to conquer the power of the Nine-Tails and gain the Six Paths Yang powers from the Sage of Six Paths, which grants him the abilities of a God, basically. In fact, it wouldn't be a stretch to say that he is stronger than all 10 other Konoha 11 members combined.
