Alan Stuart, the younger twin brother of Geordo Stuart, has been a fan-favorite character since the very first episode of My Next Life as a Villainess. After thinking that Katarina was trying to steal his fiance Mary when they were younger, Alan used his courageous nature to challenge the former to a tree-climbing contest. His aggressive, short-tempered disposition as a youngster did, however, end up blossoming into a portrait of incredible confidence as he got older and became a pianist. This also shows why he is so compatible with his fiance, Mary.
11 Taurus (April 20 - May 20) - Maria Campbell
The original protagonist of the otome game Fortune Lover, Maria Campbell is utterly devoted to her loved ones. In Katarina's world, Maria is a whiz at cooking sweets for her friends in the student council and takes on many responsibilities at home with her mother, including housekeeping and gardening. Those that share this astrological type also thrive in the realm of romance, which shows why Maria was the game's player character before Katarina's involvement changed everything.
10 Gemini (May 21 - June 20) - Katarina Claes
The main character of the show and the original antagonist of Fortune Lover, Katarina Claes's ultimate goal is to avoid meeting her doom. Her adaptable nature and drive to learn quickly to avoid this demise are shared with those with the Gemini sign.
Her dislike for being left alone comes from the fact that ultimately she wants to be loved and wants to show affection to all of those around her. Throughout the series, Katarina has also shown the fact that she loves all things from music to food to shopping.
9 Cancer (June 21 - July 22) - Nicole Ascart
The dark-haired dreamboat Nicole Ascart is arguably the dark horse in the race for Katarina's heart. Until recent developments, Nicole kept his true feelings for Katarina hidden until he and the rest of the group attended the academy.
However, his loyalty for her heart began to develop when Katarina became close friends with Nicole's sister Sophia, another person that he cares for deeply. Nicole is also one of the quieter and more insecure and emotional members of the cast and also loves reading books and being surrounded by friends.
8 Leo (July 23 - August 22) - Geordo Stuart
The irresistible Prince Geordo Stuart, Alan's older twin brother, was captured by Katarina's beauty from an early age and quickly became her fiance after she fell and injured her head. His warm-hearted nature shone through while he grew up. However, he seems to be hiding something at every corner. His self-centered approach of battling Keith Claes for Katarina's affection is funny and potentially sinister, and, since he's a prince, he hates disrespect and loves to indulge in expensive possessions.
7 Virgo (August 23 - September 22) - Sophia Ascart
Nicole Ascart's younger sister Sophia was infatuated with Katarina after she expressed interest in becoming her friend even after Sophia was teased because of her appearance. Her kind and loyal attitude towards Katarina were born from this, was well as their shared admiration of books and the outdoors.
Sophia is a shy individual who is still overly critical of herself but is starting to come out of her shell because of her friends. Her strong relationship with her brother also links up perfectly with her as a Virgo.
6 Libra (September 23 - October 22) - Mary Hunt
Alan Stuart's fiance, Mary Hunt, has a special connection with our lead character Katarina. Their friendship blossomed in the garden where Mary was responsible for its beauty and their shared love of the outdoors cemented that. Mary is a gracious, gentle soul who adores sharing memories and moments with her friends.
However, she also despises confrontations and therefore struggles to approach her fiance Alan when she suspects that something is up between him and Katarina. With that, she holds a grudge against him, but she also still holds his place in her heart due to their astrological compatibility.
5 Scorpio (October 23 - November 21) - Geordo Stuart
Not only does Geordo share traits with Leo, but he also has a strong connection with Scorpio. His jealous nature regarding Katarina is obvious, and he is incredibly stubborn. When protecting his fiance, Geordo steps up to the challenge to display his bravery without a second thought, and he uses his power to his advantage.
In the original game of Fortune Lover, the player-controlled Maria's ultimate goal was to romance Geordo and banish Katarina for good which lines up with Scorpio and Taurus' being a perfect romantic match.
4 Saggitarius (November 22-December 21) - Katarina Claes
Another character whose personality is too much for just one astrological sign is Katarina. As a Sagittarius, Katarina loves being outdoors in the garden—not only because she wants a backup plan if she is banished in the future.
She is also very philosophical when it comes to her approach of avoiding the doom flags. When it comes to her relationship with the other characters, her generous disposition is clear to see, as she needs everyone on her side to steer clear of a painful fate. However, that selfishness turns to pure affection as her story progresses. Her interesting relationship with Alan also stems from relating to both that of Gemini and Sagittarius.
3 Capricorn (December 22 - January 19) - Keith Claes
Family and tradition are at the heart of Keith Claes, Katarina's adopted brother. After joining the Claes family, Keith was shown nothing but admiration by Katarina. This turned him away from his original path of becoming a playboy and guided him to be a responsible, disciplined, and loving character. Keith will do anything for Katarina and is unforgiving to those who have or could potentially hurt her in any way possible.
His desire to lead Katarina down the path to safety and happiness is hindered by Geordo, and Keith does not appreciate that. His friendship with the Ascart family also shows a strong bond between Capricorns and Cancers.
2 Aquarius (January 20-February 18) - Keith Claes
Keith's second appearance on this list shows how much of a deep and interesting character he is. His humanitarian nature shines bright as he wants not only the best for Katarina, but his other friends, too. From his early days of bonding with his sister, Keith has transformed into an independent and strong young man who will fight for anyone he holds dear to him.
Being lonely is a strong fear of his, as is combating against those that disagree with him including Geordo. His strong link with Katarina comes from the unbreakable bond between Aquarius and Sagittarius.
1 Pisces (February 19 - March 20) - Alan Stuart
Compassionate, Artistic, and Musical. These traits shown by Pisces are also strong in Alan, who, as is the case with a few other characters, has a personality too big for just one sign of the Zodiac. Alan's creative tendencies make him a hit with both men and women alike, and he loves being with his group of friends.
As he grew up and became more intuitive, Alan was able to break out his shell and show his true colors. When he is with those that he cares about, he is incredibly gentle and wise beyond his years.
