Katarina would be deeply impressed by Misaki's excellent work ethic and responsible big-sister attitude and offer her some of Maria Campbell's muffins and cookies as a much-earned treat. Misaki would be touched and join Katarina's circle of friends.
8 Izumi Miyamura Is Drawn To Kind-Hearted People (Horimiya)
Izumi Miyamura isn't what he seems to be. At school, he presents himself as a gloomy and quiet kid with glasses and shaggy hair, someone who's not terribly approachable. The reality is that he's a cheerful and big-brotherly punk with cool tattoos and piercings, and he soon became Kyoko Hori's adoring boyfriend.
Izumi can get along with just about anyone, including Kyoko's family and many classmates at school, and he'd love to join Katarina's colorful gang of friends at the magical school. He'd have a minor healing effect on them, just like Katarina once did.

Yotsuba Nakano is the liveliest of the five Nakano sisters, and she is also a member of the track team at school. She may get lousy grades at school, but so does Katarina Claes, and these girls have kindness and enthusiasm to make up for it.
Yotsuba can make friends with anyone, and she will hang out with anyone who can throw a party or take a group of friends to the amusement park or other fun places. Katarina has an adventurous streak too, and she and Yotsuba would play together all day long.
6 Princess Shuna Is Classy & Cute (That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime)
Princess Shuna is one of the kindest and most generous inhabitants of Rimuru's new kingdom, and she can also use holy magic in battle. Overall, though, Shuna isn't interested in fighting. Instead, Shuna spends her time tailoring new outfits for Rimuru, hosting tea parties and other classy activities.
Katarina would see Shuna as a lovable sister, even if Shuna is actually a horned ogre, and she'd be amazed at Shuna's grace and dignity.
5 Azazel Ameri Would Remind Katarina Of Lady Larna & Geordo (Welcome To Demon School, Iruma-Kun!)
Azazel Ameri, like Misaki Ayuzawa, is a responsible and disciplined student council president who puts the needs of others first and has little patience for troublemakers. Azazel Ameri may be a full-blood demon, but she gets along wonderfully with her new human friend Iruma Suzuki, and Katarina Claes is next.
Katarina would be in awe of Azazel Ameri's dignity, intelligence, magical power, and beauty, and she would see Ameri as a role model to emulate. Having powerful friends can really pay off with all these dark wizards running around, too. It also helps that Ameri loves shojo manga and romance stories, a passion that Katarina and especially Sophia Ascart share.
4 Tohru Honda Is Just Like Katarina (Fruits Basket)
Tohru Honda is remarkably similar to Katarina Claes, except that she cannot use magic at all, while Katarina has a minor affinity for earth and darkness magic. Tohru is almost like an isekai heroine in her own right, having stumbled into the bizarre and cursed world of the Sohma family. And she won't leave until she has helped everyone.
Katarina has a similar attitude about the people around her, and both girls are cheerful and generous individuals who will both confront chilling villains and goof off with their friends and laugh with them. These girls are both tougher and braver than they seem at first, and they'd get along perfectly if they ever met.
3 Yuki Yoshino Is A Playful Chef (Food Wars!)
Yuki Yoshino is one of Soma Yukihira's friends at the Polar Star dormitory at Totsuki, and although she's only mediocre by Food Wars! standards at cooking, she has a lot of fun in the kitchen, and she takes pride in her work. For Katarina Claes, that is more than enough.
Yuki has a similar personality to Katarina, being a cheerful girl who enjoys the little things in life while treasuring her friend and having fun all the while. She could cook top-rate dishes for Katarina and simply blow that villainess away with sheer flavor. Yuki is definitely getting added to the harem.
2 Alphonse Elric Is An Alchemist With A Heart (Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood)
In many ways, Alphonse Elric would remind Katarina of characters like Iruma Suzuki and Naoya Nifuji, since he's a kind-hearted and generous boy who likes people unconditionally. Never is Alphonse cynical or bitter. He always sees the best in others and will do anything to help them.
That already makes him a highly appealing addition to the Bakarina harem, and better yet, Alphonse can wow Katarina with his highly advanced alchemy, which would look like magic to her. He can create, reshape or fix anything with a clap of the hands.
1 Toru Hagakure Would Click With Katarina (My Hero Academia)
Toru Hagakure is the invisible hero of class 1-A, and she is better known for her cheerful and upbeat personality than her combat record. Toru is a fine student hero, but Katarina would really like her for who she is, not what she can do. Katarina would also be endlessly fascinated by Toru's invisible body and have fun trying to use spells or powders to make her visible somehow and see her face.
Toru would find all this very funny, and she would love to join Katarina's circle of friends and get to know everyone. She could also help defend them from dark wizards such as Sarah, making full use of her heroic training to save the day. Katarina isn't the only hero around her.
