Kai Chisaki, also known as Overhaul, is one of the most popular villains in My Hero Academia. His Villain name is a tribute to this Quirk, also known as Overhaul, which allows him to deconstruct and reconstruct things at will.

Chisaki served as the main antagonist of the Eight Precepts arc, and as such, holds tremendous power at his disposal. His strength was such that even the most heinous villain of all-time, All For One, took notice of it and that says a lot about Overhaul's capabilities. Here are five villains stronger than Overhaul, and five who are weaker.

10 Stronger Than Overhaul: Shigaraki Tomura

Shigaraki clinging to his collection of dismembered hands in My Hero Academia.

Shigaraki is the leader of the League of Villains, and the main antagonist of My Hero Academia. Although he's still growing, Shigaraki has hit a point where his strength has surpassed that of Overhaul by quite some margin. In his fight against Redestro, Shigaraki reawakened his quirk, giving him enough power to wipe out half a city on his own.

Despite possessing such monstrous power, Shigaraki doesn't stop there. Right now, he's undergoing a surgery that's set to make him even stronger than before, and quite possibly the biggest threat alive to the society

9 Weaker Than Overhaul: Nomu

My Hero Academia Nomu

One of the first hazards to be introduced in the series, the Nomu are modified beings whose bodies possess the ability to hold multiple quirks, thanks to Dr. Ujiko's surgery. Some of them were strong enough to push All Might, the greatest Hero, to 100% of his strength.

Others, such as the one that Endeavor fought, were even stronger. Although they possess immense resilience, Overhaul's quirk can deconstruct them within seconds of touching them. His Quirk possesses frightening powers, and regardless of how strong the Nomu are, they won't stand a chance.

8 Stronger Than Overhaul: Gigantomachia

One of All For One's most loyal servants, Gigantomachia boasts strength that is extraordinary. Despite not being modified like the Nomu, he was chosen as All For One's personal bodyguard. He is skilled enough to defeat most Pro Heroes, and recently, he took on the entire League of Villains at the same time and proved to be more than a challenge for them.

Despite his sheer size, he is surprisingly fast and this makes him even deadlier to anyone fighting against him. Without a doubt, Gigantomachia is stronger than Overhaul, at least in terms of raw strength and speed.

7 Weaker Than Overhaul: Gentle Criminal

Although not an evil Villain, Gentle is someone whose childhood dreams of becoming a Hero were crushed, so he chose his own path as a Villain. His Quirk is known as Elasticity and it allows him to turn the properties of anything he touches into elastic. With La Brava's power, Gentle gets even stronger to the point where he could match Midoriya at 20% One For All.

Unfortunately, that's nowhere near the strength required to be stronger than Overhaul, who fought Midoriya at 100% One For All. For Overhaul, Gentle is nothing more than a fly, and the gap between the two is immense.

6 Stronger Than Overhaul: Re-Destro

Re-Destro is the son of the infamous Destro, a villain whose name is taken in the same breath as All For One, and he served as the main antagonist of the Meta Liberation Army arc. Re-Destro's wields immense strength, and his Quirk lets him transform his stress into his energy.

In his fight against Shigaraki Tomura, he proved to be incredibly powerful to the point where not even the entire League of Villains could've stopped him. Although he did lose, it was only possible because of Shigaraki reawakening his Quirk. At 100% stress level, his strength largely surpassed that of Overhaul.

5 Weaker Than Overhaul: Stain

Famed as the Hero Killer, Stain is a strong fighter who targets those he seems unworthy of holding the title of a Hero. While he is frightening, Stain is nowhere close to the level of Overhaul, and this primarily because of the fact that he appeared too early in the series when foes posing a less significant threat were around.

While his record as a villain is more than decent, he doesn't pose a significant amount of danger to characters like Shigaraki, or Chisaki. Stain's Quirk lets him paralyze those whose blood he ingests, but to do that against Overhaul, he would need to get close to him and if he does that, Overhaul can destroy him with a smack of his palm.

4 Stronger Than Overhaul: Nine

Anime Nine My Hero Academia

Although yet to make his debut in the series, Nine is a character who is said to be incredibly powerful, and is the main antagonist of My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising. Originally set to appear in Horikoshi's plan for the end of the series, Nine boasts power that is equal to, or greater than that of All For One.

Just like All For One himself, Nine wields the power to steal Quirks and use them in battle. So far, he's said to have acquired eight Quirks, with nine likely being his limit. Since his prowess is comparable to that of All For One, Nine is undoubtedly stronger than the leader of Shie Hassaikai, Overhaul.

3 Weaker Than Overhaul: Muscular

Deku about to punch Muscular from My Hero Academia.

Also known as the Carnal Murderer, Muscular was once a member of the League of Villains' Vanguard Action Squad. Wielding the power of Muscle Augmentation, Muscular has immense strength at his disposal. He is strong enough to match and overpower Midoriya, and durable enough to tank a One For All 100% Detroit Smash. To outclass someone like him, Midoriya had to go beyond 100% of One For All.

In comparison to Overhaul, he's not as strong though. Much of Overhaul's threat stems from his ability to heal using reconstruction, and one-shot using deconstruction. Muscular's physical strength is insignificant when compared to Overhaul, thanks to his ability to destroy anything from within at a mere touch.

2 Stronger Than Overhaul: All For One

All For One with red fingertips MHA

The No. 1 Villain of all-time and the biggest threat to society to date, All For One is someone in the same bracket as All Might. The two are, more or less, on the same level. In fact, All For One was stronger than All Might at 100%, and to defeat him, All Might had to press beyond 100% of his Quirk.

When Midoriya used 100% of the same Quirk against Overhaul, he absolutely smashed Overhaul to bits and defeated him without much trouble. As such, there is no comparison between All For One and Overhaul. Even though the latter is strong, his power is minuscule when compared to that of All For One.

1 Weaker Than Overhaul: Dabi

dabi my hero academia

Dabi was a member of the League of Villains' Vanguard Action Squad and is thus one of their strongest. Also going by the name of Blueflame, Dabi's Quirk is called Cremation and it allows him to release and manipulate blue flames from his body, which are said to burn hotter than regular flames.

While there is no doubt that Dabi is a capable fighter, when compared to someone like Overhaul, he isn't as impressive. It is no surprise that Overhaul can deal with someone like him without much difficulty, and even though there are few characters stronger than him, Dabi isn't one of them.
