My Hero Academia’s focus is mostly on the U.A. students and their progress as heroes. However, there is also an entire world of professional heroes out there. While Izuku is studying and training, countless professional heroes are risking their lives to take up the fight against villainy and evil in the streets every day, endearing them to the public.
Many Pro Heroes get a great deal of respect from the citizens whom they defend, and a Pro Hero's popularity and respect may rise even more if they have outstanding personalities, cool costumes, or interesting things to say. All Pro Heroes get some respect, but these heroes in particular are greatly admired for their abilities and personas as professional heroes. And some of them are teachers as well.

15 Ms. Joke Is The Laughing Hero

The Pro Hero known as Ms. Joke has a support-type Quirk that will cause nearby villains to burst into uncontrollable laughter and thus lose focus on whatever they were doing. Ms. Joke can throw a punch, but her Quirk often makes combat unnecessary, and she has an upbeat attitude to match.
Ms. Joke also teaches at the Ketsubutsu hero school, and there is no doubt that her students look up to her and admire her capabilities. Ms. Joke's useful Quirk, combined with her warm personality, means that any student would respect her greatly and follow her example.
14 Gang Orca Looks Scarier Than He Is
Orcinus
Gang Orca is an imposing hero who looks more like a villain. His Orcinus Quirk gives him the appearance and abilities of a Killer Whale. Although many people fear him, Gang Orca is a kind-hearted hero who only wants the best for those under his care.
Despite his intimidating appearance, Gang Orca is a well-respected hero. He is often asked to speak at aquariums and is seen in many of My Hero Academia's most notable battles. He can be blunt at times, but he only points out the truth to help others accept their shortcomings and overcome them. Gang Orca is a cool Pro Hero who loves to help others push themselves to be the best.
13 Midnight Puts Enemies To Sleep

Midnight is a teacher at U.A. High and was once a student there herself. Midnight is quite popular among her students, even though they are wary of her crude comments. Plus, Midnight's appeal is difficult to deny.
Not only does she boast a fun-loving attitude and good looks, but Midnight's Quirk can easily put troublemakers to sleep - a highly useful ability to have. Midnight loves being in the spotlight, and this gives her a chance to shine.
12 Vlad King Champions His Class

The teacher and mentor of Class 1-B is Vlad King, a burly Pro Hero with a boisterous personality and a rather bloody Quirk. His popularity in the streets is probably only mediocre, but in the context of U.A., he is a star.
Every student of Class 1-B looks up to Vlad King since they see him as their best chance for rivaling and defeating Class 1-A. Neito Monoma, in particular, defers to Vlad King and will do anything Vlad says if it means getting the edge on Class 1-A. Vlad commands the full respect of all his students.
11 Fat Gum Protects Others

Fat Gum is a lovable and kind Pro Hero who can always be counted on. His dependable nature stems from his Quirk, Fat Absorption, which he often uses as a shield to protect others.
In addition to his hero work, Fat Gum also takes on U.A. students for a Work Study program. His two current protégés are Eijiro Kirishima and Tamaki Amajiki, whom he fawns over at every chance he gets. Fat Gum is an encouraging and hopeful young hero who is respected for his deeds in battle and his overall friendliness.
10 Shota Aizawa Commands Respect

Aizawa does not often appear in the spotlight, since he likes to keep to himself whenever possible. Still, Eraserhead has built up a reputation over time, such as how he looked after Koichi/The Crawler and also appeared on TV to speak on U.A.'s behalf.
Aizawa is best known for being Class 1-A's homeroom teacher. His stern personality, sharp intuition, remarkable Quirk, and mature attitude all command the utmost respect from his students. When he speaks, everyone had better sit up and listen to him.
9 Edgeshot Is The Ninja Hero

Pro Heroes all command a great deal of respect from the public, even if their personalities are a bit unsavory at times. Edgeshot is a ninja-themed hero who can fold up his body to slip past his enemies or form a human spear. He can take on the League of Villains and win every time.
Edgeshot is no doubt highly respected and famed for his stylish ninja theme and his remarkable Quirk, and he got a great deal of applause when he took to the stage during a live event for heroes. His calm, mature, and mysterious personality likely endears him to his fans even more.
8 Cementoss Is Stoic & Strong

Cementoss is a Pro Hero as well as a teacher at U.A. High. Although he has a lot of responsibilities as an educator, Cementoss is often seen during important missions - most recently at the Paranormal Liberation Front raid.
Cementoss's Cement Quirk allows him to manipulate cement, creating barriers and disrupting terrain. Although he has a reserved countenance, he can display awesome amounts of power when necessary. Cementoss is admired for his distinguished demeanor and his incredible power in battle.
7 Crimson Riot Is The Man's Man

The Pro Hero known as Crimson Riot had a few mishaps in his heroic career, but he owned up to his mistakes and vowed to be better, which sets an excellent example for all his fans. In particular, Crimson Riot is the number one Pro Hero in the eyes of Eijiro Kirishima, who based his red hair and hero costume on Crimson Riot's own.
Crimson Riot's "manly man" theme makes him tough and cool, but he is not arrogant or obnoxious about it, which only raises his stock further. It is easy to imagine that Crimson Riot has many diehard fans just like Eijiro, who all aspire to be a man's man like him.
6 Endeavor Is The Inferno Hero

The new number one Pro Hero is Endeavor, who wields his hellish flames to great effect against villains and monsters. Endeavor's incredible powers command a great deal of respect among other Pro Heroes and civilians alike.
Endeavor is respected mainly for his outstanding combat abilities, while his harsh personality is a turn-off for many people, not just his family. However, Endeavor's triumph over the Hooded Nomu helps improve his public image somewhat.
5 Gran Torino Is Still A Hero After Retirement

Gran Torino is an elderly man who used to work as a Pro Hero. Despite his age, he is often still called to the battlefront and assists Pro Heroes in reconnaissance missions. Gran Torino is also a former mentor to All Might and is later revealed to have been Nana Shimura's partner.
Gran Torino is held in high regard for his abilities and his insight. Due to being a Pro Hero for so long, Gran Torino has a knack for seeing what people need to push past their limitations and improve their fighting styles. Gran Torino even helps Izuku Midoriya learn to control a small part of his One For All Quirk. Although he has since passed, Gran Torino lives on as one of the most revered Pro Heroes to date.
4 Best Jeanist Is The Denim Hero

The number three Pro Hero suffered a serious blow during the battle against All For One, but that did little to tarnish his formidable reputation. Best Jeanist is widely respected for his smarts, cool-headed personality, and devastating denim-based Quirk. He can wield threads gracefully and strategically to gain the upper hand in combat.
Best Jeanist has more than earned his spot as the number three Pro Hero, and he has many enthusiastic fans in the crowd during that Pro Hero liver ceremony. Best Jeanist himself was not there, but his admirers were, and they were bountiful.
3 Hawks Is The Soaring Hero

Despite his youth, the Pro Hero known as Hawks commands immense respect from the entire Japanese population, and he ranks second among all Pro Heroes. Hawks's devastating Fierce Wing Quirk is excellent in combat, and he is also admired for his easygoing and honest personality.
While wandering out and about with Endeavor, Hawks was recognized over and over in the busy streets, and many people wanted his autograph or photo to mark the occasion. Hawks is a big deal no matter where he goes, and the people simply love him ardently.
2 Sir Nighteye Predicted The End

Sir Nighteye is a no-nonsense Pro Hero and All Might's former sidekick. Despite being All Might's greatest supporter - even rivaling Midoriya - Nighteye is incensed at All Might's continued desire to run himself ragged with hero work. With his Quirk, Foresight, Nighteye can see a person's future for up to one hour. This comes in handy, especially when doing reconnaissance using the villains' futures to know where they are going to go.
In addition to his hero work, Nighteye runs his own agency that is well-respected for the stellar work it does. Unfortunately, despite all of his work and planning, Nighteye meets his end in the raid on the Shie Hassaikai. Yet, even in death, Nighteye is still respected for the impact he had on those who knew him, and the work he did to bring down a well-known crime syndicate.
1 All Might Is The Symbol Of Peace
One For All
During his time as a Pro Hero, All Might earned himself the title the Symbol of Peace. All Might was seemingly invincible in combat, what with his incredible One For All Quirk and his brilliant mind. His charisma easily kept up with both. All Might's dazzling smile and "I am here!" phrase won over the hearts of absolutely everyone.
All Might was the world's bulwark of hope and courage against evil, and he commanded absolute respect and admiration in return. Even after retirement, All Might's titanic reputation still stands. No one will forget him and his contribution to world peace anytime soon. He will go down in history as a monolith of the hero world.
