My Hero Academia: 10 Strongest Members of the League of Villains, Ranked

The League of Villains is a criminal organization in the world of My Hero Academia that exists solely for the purpose of dismantling the peace created by All Might. Formed by the heinous villain All For One and led by destruction incarnate Shigaraki Tomura, over the years, the League of Villains has attracted a number of strong criminal recruits, some of which are even capable of defeating seasoned pro-heroes. After the Meta Liberation Army arc, the League of Villains seems to have grown stronger than ever before. Here are the 10 strongest members of the League of Villains in My Hero Academia.

10 Mr. Compress

Mr. Compress is one of the newer members of the League of Villains who was introduced first during the Bakugo abduction arc. Known to be extremely smart, Mr. Compress works as the brains of the League of Villains most of the time. Although he is smart, he isn't suitable for fighting strong heroes head-on since he lacks combat abilities. According to Compress himself, he is usually good at deception and escapology. Nonetheless, he's an invaluable member of the League of Villains, as evident from the fact that he was promoted to the rank of "lieutenant" in the Paranormal Liberation Front.

9 Spinner

One of the characters who was highly influenced by the "Hero Killer" Stain, Spinner joined the League of Villains after his defeat. As a member of the League of Villains, he was sent to capture Bakugo along with the rest of the Vanguard Action Squad where he displayed his abilities to the fullest. His Quirk, known as Gecko, while not the strongest, is decent in combat. Using its abilities, Spinner can stick to walls which opens up a completely new world of possibilities for him, especially in combat. Spinner is also decent when it comes to close-quarters combat, as displayed during his fight against Mandalay.

8 Muscular

Boasting incredibly high levels of power, Muscular was probably as one of the strongest members of the League of Villains, physically speaking. His Quirk, known as Muscle Augmentation, grants him superhuman strength, which he has used to murder several heroes in the past. Muscular's strength was such that he was able to tank a 100% Detroit Smash from Izuku Midoriya, an attack that was enough to take down even the most tenacious of Villains. Although strong, Muscular is linear in combat, and too overconfident, as shown in his fight against Midoriya, which ultimately led to his defeat.

7 Twice

One of the most intriguing characters in My Hero Academia, Jin Bubaigawara, also known as Twice, is a member of the League of Villains. His Quirk, called Double, allows him to make two copies of himself. Although it was restricted throughout much of the series, in the Meta Liberation Army arc, Twice was able to access the limitless potential of this power, which now lets each of his clones divide further, creating an infinite number of clones in the process. According to Giran, Twice holds enough power to take down an entire country, which is what makes him one of the League's most valuable assets.

6 Dabi

Another member of the League of Villains highly influenced by Stain, Dabi joined after the Hero Killer was finally put behind bars. His Quirk is known as Cremation and it allows him to produce blue flames from his body, which some of the fans attribute to his possible connection to Endeavor. Dabi's strength allowed him to stalemate against the likes of Geten of the Meta Liberation Army. By the virtue of his skill, he's one of the strongest in the League of Villains and the fact that his true strength remains unknown means that he could be placed even higher in the future.

5 Himiko Toga

Himiko Toga is certainly one of the strongest members of the League of Villains, as evident from the fact that she is now a lieutenant of the Paranormal Liberation Front. Using her deadly Quirk known as Transform, Toga is capable of acquiring the appearance of anyone whose blood she ingests. Although this doesn't appear to be a deadly ability, the awakening of this Quirk is quite simply frightening. In the Meta Liberation Army arc, Toga awakened the ability to also gain the Quirks of the people whose blood she ingests, making her one of the most frightening villains in the army.

4 Nomu

The Nomu are a creation of Dr. Ujiko, who enhanced their bodies to a level where they became capable of holding multiple quirks at once. So far, several Nomu have appeared in the series, such as the one that fought All Might, and those that appeared at Hosu. Undoubtedly, the strongest of all the Nomu is the one that fought Endeavor, also known as High-End. The High-Ends are strong enough to fight and even overpower the Number 1 Hero, Endeavor. To subdue this Nomu, Endeavor had to rely on the help of Hawks, which just goes to show how incredible a threat they are to the society.

3 Gigantomachia

A monster wielding astronomical strength, Gigantomachia was once All For One's personal bodyguard and is now a member of the League of Villains. Although the source of his strength remains unknown, he appears to be powerful enough to easily subdue the entire League of Villains on his own (prior to their Quirk awakening). Befitting a man of his stature, Gigantomachia's colossal strength even forced the police and the pro-hero Gran Torino to retreat in failure. It isn't too hard to see why he ranks so high up the list.

2 Shigaraki Tomura

Shigaraki Tomura is the grandson of Nana Shimura, a seasoned Pro-Hero, yet the leader of the League of Villains. Taking over the League after the defeat of All For One, Shigaraki has evolved considerably over the course of time. At Deika City, Shigaraki awakened his Quirk, known as Decay, and it granted him enough strength to overpower Redestro with ease. Even Gigantomachia, a man of monstrous power, bent before the display of his power and that says a lot about him. If that wasn't enough, Shigaraki is currently undergoing surgery which is supposed to make him even stronger.

1 All For One

The most heinous of criminals in My Hero Academia, All For One is the creator of the League of Villains and the man who raised Shigaraki. Using his Quirk, he can steal, use, and distribute the Quirks of other people as he likes, making him a frightening foe for any Hero. He's one of the few characters in the series who is powerful enough to match All Might in combat. Although he faced defeat at the hands of the Number 1 Hero, he still managed to push him beyond all his limits, displaying his immense strength in the process. Without a doubt, All For One is the strongest Villains in the series so far, and the closest to him right now is his successor, Shigaraki Tomura.
