Hero Agencies, also known as Hero Offices, are an important unit in the society of My Hero Academia. As firms that employ Heroes, these places are essential for the protection of certain areas that fall under their influence. The agencies are usually led by a top Pro Hero, who then go on to recruit others, including Hero students with a Provisional License.
Most of the Heroes in an agency serve the role of a sidekick and back the leader, and there are some with exceptional Heroes under their wing, making them special when compared to the rest.
8 Pussycats Agency: One Of The Most Balanced Agencies
Belonging to the Wild, Wild Pussycats, the Pussycats Hero Agency is one of the most balanced agencies in the series. It is located in a mountainous region, and thus, is where it operates usually.
The members of this Agency include the likes of Mandalay, Pixie-bob, Ragdoll, and Tiger, all of which are capable in their own right. Unfortunately, Ragdoll became a victim of All For One and lost her Search Quirk, which was a big factor in making this agency as successful as it was. Nonetheless, she still works as an assistant currently.
7 Ryukyu Hero Office: Led By The Dragon Hero
Ryukyu Hero Office is led by none other than the Dragon Hero, Tatsuma Ryuko, and is held in great regard among the fans. Ryuko, being the former No. 9 ranking Hero, is an asset to this office and a reason why many Hero students are attracted to this place.
Ryuko has had some of the most promising people under her, such as Nejire Hado, one of the U.A Big Three, along with Tsuyu Asui, and even Ochaco Uraraka. It's quite apparent why this agency ranks among the strongest in My Hero Academia.
6 Fatgum Agency: Showed Off Their Power During The Shie Hassaikai Arc
Fatgum Agency is located in Esuha City and is led by the Pro Hero, Taishiro Toyomitsu, famously known as Fatgum. Although not a lot of this agency has been seen in the story as of now, the fact that it has powerful members like Tamaki Amajiki, also known as Suneater, along with the Sturdy Hero: Red Riot, Eijiro Kirishima, and Tetsutetsu means that it is certainly among the best.
Fatgum's team was seen working extensively during the Shie Hassaikai arc, where they took on some of the most powerful members of the Shie Hassaikai group and emerged victorious in combat.
5 Genius Office: Led By Best Jeanist & Joined By Bakugo
Run by none other than the Number 3 Hero, Tsunagu Hakamada, also known as Best Jeanist, Genius Office is located in Tokyo and is where it operates most of the time. Being led by the number 3, many Hero students have their eyes on this agency, however, only a few get the chance to actually join, such as Katsuki Bakugo, who joined it after the Sports Festival at U.A.
As expected of this agency, there are lots of members that work there, however, none of them have been named except for Bakugo. That's certainly not to say that this agency is weak and its reputation as one of the best speaks for itself.
4 Hawks Hero Agency: Run By Hawks & Joined By Tokoyami
Hawks Hero Agency is run by the Number 2 Hero in My Hero Academia, Keigo Takami, also known as the Wing Hero: Hawks. At just 18 years of age, Hawks started his own Hero Agency, which is incredibly impressive.
Very little is known about the people working under Hawks, but what fans do know is that at one point during the Stain arc, he chose Fumikage Tokoyami to join his agency and train him in the ways of a Hero.
3 Nighteye Agency: Led By Sir Nighteye & Included Mirio & Izuku
Nighteye Agency was set-up after Sir Nighteye broke his alliance with All Might. There, he recruited some of the most capable Heroes and students under him, such as Mirio Togata. During the Shie Hassaikai arc, Izuku Midoriya was sent to Sir Nighteye and thus became one of its members.
With two of the future greats under his wing, Sir Nighteye's agency became very powerful and thus played the biggest role in taking down Kai Chisaki and his men.
2 Endeavor Agency: Run By The Current Number One Hero
As evident from the name, Endeavor Agency is run by none other than Enji Todoroki, also known as the Flame Hero: Endeavor, the current Number One Hero in My Hero Academia. This agency is incredibly powerful and has a very high success rate.
Most members of Endeavor Agency are people with Quirks that are related to fire and heat, however, that's not always the case. Out of all the Agencies in My Hero Academia, this one has given fans the most members in sidekicks like Burnin, Onima, and Kido, along with Hero students like Izuku Midoriya, Shoto Todoroki, and Katsuki Bakugo.
1 Might Tower: Unstoppable Duo Of All Might & Nighteye
Might Tower is run by none other than All Might, the greatest Hero in the world of My Hero Academia to ever exist. Sir Nighteye, who later began his own Hero Agency, used to work with All Might as his sidekick, and together, they were unstoppable.
Although no members of this agency have been revealed so far, the fact that at one point, it had prime All Might working means that it was automatically the strongest there ever was as his strength was truly immeasurable.
